I celebrated my 18th birthday with my friends with a dinner at home from Droomdiner. The food was delicious & the dinner was well prepared. Thank you Thijs! :)

If you want to be thoroughly spoiled, whether for a snack or a whole baking party, you’ve come to the right place with Hilde! We met Sweets by Hilde at a market, tried her treats, and were immediately sold! We also clicked well with Hilde, and when I had to organize a bachelorette party for about 12 ladies, Hilde immediately came up with options and thinks along with you; she allows room for your own input and takes the party to a higher level! She also takes all kinds of (dietary) wishes into account. We wanted to dress our bride-to-be as Elsa from Frozen, and Hilde immediately came up with the idea to also provide some Frozen coloring pages and pencils for when there was some waiting time. Our group was divided into three, and we made cookies, a cake, and eclairs; with various levels of difficulty, it was interesting for everyone. Hilde guided it so nicely and well that no one sat still, and we had a lot of fun! Afterwards, we were allowed to eat the pastries and/or take them home, and in terms of timing, it fit perfectly with our further plans! We will definitely be back more often and recommend her to everyone we know!

Comfortable living room vibes, every time I went I'm meeting interesting people. The pop-up evenings happing now are also great fun and such good value for an amazing cocktail.

Both the macarons and the coffee are so delicious! I was disappointed because there aren't many places selling iced coffee in the Netherlands, and most of them aren't very good, but the owner here made me such a delicious iced coffee 🫶 They said it was cold brew, and it really is tasty! Since I said I was eating there, they kindly and thoroughly explained that they don't recommend eating certain flavors right away. It's a taste that makes me look forward to every weekend 😭 I'll be back next summer! Wishing you great success 💗

The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and curry gossip are fantastic people. The hosts/chefs/owners, Taqdees and Mohin, set a welcoming and friendly vibe in their own home. The food is delicious, and is perfectly paired with matching local Indian drinks. Each course of the menu is another hit. In short: I definitely recommend! Ooh and did I tell already the food was great?

I hired Laura's Sabor to cater my 50th birthday, and it was truly fantastic! The Grazing Table was an absolute eye-catcher: beautifully presented and filled with delicious, fresh ingredients. The wines and appetizers I ordered were also top-notch, and the service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and completely hassle-free. Laura is a great resource, works passionately, and makes sure your guests have everything they need. Thanks to her and her team, my party was truly unforgettable. I received countless compliments on how well everything was organized, and that's entirely thanks to their dedication. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and something special!

Wow. What a fantastic coffee. A lovely deep flavor. I'd been searching for it for a long time. It's been a while since I'd had a coffee with this flavor. A lovely deep, heavy flavor. With a bitter aftertaste. If I'm not mistaken, the beans are from Schot Coffee Roasters. I saw a bag of them there. If I'm mistaken, the owner should comment below. I'd also had coffee from this roastery at the Rotterdam Harvest Market, but not as fantastic as this one. What struck me was that the heavy mug the coffee came in significantly enhanced the coffee experience. Until then, I couldn't imagine that a mug could have such an effect on the experience. The glaze, the heaviness, and the fact that the mug feels so good in your hand. It's a small, cozy, living room-style coffee bar. The owner is very friendly and will help you have a pleasant experience. Next time, I'll definitely come back to enjoy some treats besides the coffee. The coffee bar has been in business for two years now. Too bad I'm only discovering them now! For students: it's only a 5-minute walk from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and all the other schools on Pieter de Hoochweg.

I was looking for a healthy banana bread that met quite a few dietary requirements AND still had to be tasty. Well, Greetbana Bread nailed it!! Delicious flavor, a bit like gingerbread, moist and nutty - it was a success. Thanks Lorenzo & keep on baking!!!

Last Saturday, Chris made my daughter's 21st birthday dinner unforgettable. She took care of everything beforehand, right down to the rental of equipment.
