We had a fantastic meal with friends at this charming restaurant. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect, and we were treated to a tropical surprise menu. The accompanying wine pairing made it all complete. The food was delicious, and the generous portions were thoughtfully presented. I highly recommend Brugman in Bolsward.

Such a lovely little spot! If you’re craving real Thai street food vibes, this is the place to be. The Pad Thai is absolutely delicious — full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and cooked just right. And the prices? Super friendly, just like being back in Thailand! 🧡 But it’s not just the Pad Thai — other dishes on the menu are also amazing. Everything we tried was full of taste and made with care. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, like sitting at a street food stall in Bangkok. You can eat in, enjoy the food, and feel right at home. Plus, the owners are so kind and welcoming — they make the experience even more special. Highly recommended. Come taste for yourself — you’ll love it here!

In my opinion, the best barista on Texel! If you don't believe me, just go ahead and order "Affogato al caffè." Those who haven't tried it will be surprised at how delicious vanilla ice cream tastes. The latte macchiato becomes an event when the espresso is added to the table (no, it's intentional and wasn't forgotten during preparation). The prices are reasonable, and the homemade apple pie is divine. The shop's concept is unique to Texel: Enjoy coffee in a beautiful location and buy the right accessories at the same time. I wish Mr. Groenewoud (who is happy to explain anything if you have questions, even in German) much success in the future!

Top-notch bartenders! Delicious cocktails with excellent service. A great place to sit and relax. Don't forget to try the staff's advice. They know their stuff.

Spice Doos is one of the best home food services in Maastricht. The food is prepared with love and care and warmth by Chitra. We ordered several times from them for our home events and they never disappoint 💜 Over the past years I am now a fan of her samosa’s, momos, punjabi kadhi, all types of variety in paneer !! I especially love their chole puri !! Their menu caters to Navratri thali as well that make u miss ur mother a bit less 🙂 I’m a new enthusiast of Spice Doos home made paneer that I tasted during Navratri. I also highly recommend their dosa batter. Its consistency is super! Spice Doos are a great option for ordering in home food when ur routine is packed sometimes. Keep it going !

The food is delicious, you can tell that it is prepared with care. The chicken wings are highly recommended. We opted for takeaway, but it is also very nice to sit inside. The owner is incredibly friendly, muchas gracias!

What an experience! From start to finish, this was a culinary feast. Filip takes care of the evening down to the last detail, with his natural charm and excellent sense of when a chat is appropriate. He explains each dish and draws on all facets of his life and professional experience to make it an exceptional evening. Filip is assisted by an intern... but that really does not do justice to this almost invisible force. What a wonderful team is preparing and presenting a star-worthy dinner right before your eyes. No effort is spared, no step is too much. Your taste buds are pampered with culinary delights from Mexican, Japanese, and French cuisines. Simply spectacular. A truly special experience, more than worth the detour!

Very nice restaurant on the edge of the center. Small and quiet, you don't have to shout with your conversation partner. Delicious. Dishes are prepared with attention, the hostess is friendly and knows what she is talking about. Clear map. Excellent price quality.
