Today I went to "Chinese Indonesian Restaurant Lok Fu" for takeout: Peking duck with spicy sauce and nasi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available on the street.
At 6:30 PM (half an hour before closing time), there was practically nothing edible left. The woman behind the counter has turned disinterest into an art. She makes every effort to ignore customers who have just come to visit someone sick and think they can grab a bite here. Her attitude exudes "don't even think of asking me for anything." It's a shame, because the interior of this place is quite okay. You'd be better off getting a pre-packaged sandwich at the Albert Heijn to go two doors down.
A couple of days ago, we ordered coffee and tea with fresh mint. The coffee was fine, and the tea looked good, and they didn't skimp on the mint, BUT!!! The mint was dirty; no one had washed it at all. There was dirt and a dead insect floating in the tea. We asked them to make new tea, and they did, but no one even apologized, as if everything was fine on their end. We also had to ask them to wash the mint for the new tea.
It's a pity, but I didn't think to take a photo of the tea itself.
A place where you get a rude mouth when you ask about a special offer. Then they say, "It'll be 15 minutes, 25 minutes later," and ask where it is. But they don't answer except for a look with attitude. Learn to communicate. This isn't the first time I've had this problem with this location.
The pizza had barely any toppings. "Scare me," a pizza that was supposed to be very spicy. Well, that was quite disappointing. I don't know where the buldak sauce was, but it wasn't on the pizza.
The spicy chicken tasted more like citronella and chili sauce.
The sweets were delicious and the shop itself was great, but the problem was the service. I walked into the shop, which was empty at the time. A sales assistant asked me what I wanted, and since I had just walked in and hadn't had time to look at the products, I politely asked for a few minutes. Although I was very friendly and even smiled, I received a rather unpleasant response. It doesn't cost anything to be a little kind and have some empathy. Fortunately, the other sales assistant was kind. I recommend that the owner speak with their employees because those of us who come to this establishment are looking to have a good time, not to be treated rudely.
Ordered sushi online and delivered at home, but to our surprise the sushi sizes are not standard like normal sushis they were so small and not tasty old sushis, called restaurant mentioned the but they won't accept that product back and give us the money.
1st christmas day made us happy!
They are not kind to the customer.
Never order again.
The staff is friendly, but the bagel I had wasn't great. It's also a shame the drink didn't arrive until I was finished. The price-quality ratio is off. The bagel was 11.50, for example, and I won't be back for that.
