They were really fast with the delivery on Friday evening, but they forgot my fries with one menu, so I called them and told them they would bring it next time. He immediately told me the fries are already in and will be delivered in 5 minutes. What more could you want? What a TOP SERVICE, my compliments.

When we asked where our food was, after waiting quite a while, we were told it would be 5 minutes. Meanwhile, we went inside because the musical organ had moved close to the terrace and kept playing loudly. We couldn't even hear each other. The employee thought it was nonsense that we complained about it. But we went inside, the food arrived. I asked her if it had to be ordered from Amsterdam. They had forgotten to put our order in. Normally, you would have just brought it to the table to report it. We had to ask twice ourselves. Then we went to pay. The receipt included all sorts of other things. She then asked how many coffees we had. My husband said 2. I replied that the last coffee was free for the long wait. She admitted we had had to wait a long time. She grumbled that we were complaining about the drink organ, and then told the person taking the bill, "Just give it 3.10." Then they'd leave. What unfriendly customer service! I'll never go back here again. It's time for the whole place to retire with all the bad reviews. I just read.

I ordered almost €50 worth of food and there was a cigarette butt on the pizza. I called right away and got a new one, but I was completely gone.

Ordered two pizzas. (Invoice reference 5MF2TIbbLK3sRZ2MA5VayXa0 - Uber Eats 2025-65557479) The first one took almost an hour and was barely warm. They forgot the second pizza (even though it was a duo deal). The only thing they said was "will be delivered later." Went 40 meters further for pizza number 2. Normally very satisfied with this NY Pizza location, but this one was a bit disappointing.

Online order. Terrible pizza with cheap toppings (worst olives I've ever seen). Spaghetti over-cooked with a sour taste. Tossed the lot.

The staff seems very friendly, but not very professional. They're eating their own lunch in the restaurant. They make jokes about customers who've forgotten things. I've been there three times now. The first time, in spring, our order was forgotten three times. The second time (summer), one of us ordered an iced coffee, and a bucket of hot coffee was poured over chocolate ice cream. The third time, it was like a sauna. When it's very cold outside, it doesn't necessarily have to be 25 degrees inside. All in all, this place has potential; it looks nice inside, and the menu is decent. I hear the staff is willing to adapt dishes. Most of the staff are polite and friendly at the table (especially the older woman with the long ponytail).
