DO NOT BUY!!!!!⚠️ This restaurant is very mediocre. I placed my order and they never delivered it. I waited for more than four hours, and the restaurant didn’t even bother to contact me to say they couldn’t deliver it (at least out of courtesy). I waited far too long, and even then they marked it as delivered. What a waste of time. The other reviews are completely true — don’t buy anything or waste your time on a mediocre business that doesn’t know how a business works. 0/10

I have a stomach ache from that food

The best authentic pizzas in Utrecht, the likes of which you rarely find anywhere these days. The owner is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

Can close earlier, people want to sleep, and they also have to clear glass. Had a flat tire 3 times.

The price-quality ratio is quite good. The food is fine, but the prices are simply too high. The indoor playground is a great option for kids, though.

What a terrible place. What a terrible place and atmosphere. People give us strange looks. The lady who made our burgers apparently can't even make a hamburger. The burger fell apart, it was so greasy. Absolutely inedible. After one bite, I threw it in the trash. Never again. They should consider hiring better staff. Currently, there are staff who can't even fry an egg. If you want fast food, you're better off at McDonald's. They take even longer to prepare your food than this place. It's because you have to give it one star, but it's not really worth it.

Pizza was amazing and top quality hospitality.

It is a very calm and cozy location to enjoy your snacks. Right next to the parking. The lady at the shop is so kind and welcoming. Thank you for the lovely service!

It's a good quiet place with good food

There was actually hair in my döner sandwich. When I immediately reported it, all I got was a disinterested "What can I do?" No apology, no solution, absolutely nothing. That's no way to treat customers. Disgusting, rude, and completely disrespectful. This was the first and last time for me. People: avoid this place.

That guy is great, but unfortunately, his wife ruins everything he does! He has no manners, is rude, and insolent! Not customer-friendly at all, and he's there just to rake in the money! Go take a hospitality course or something! It won't be long before people leave...because believe me, there are plenty of other snack bars that appreciate their customers! So, my dear, tighten your belt and tell your wife to count to ten before making any noise!

Caution!! The place is in dire financial straits. Staff haven't been paid for a month, and they're not ordering any new supplies. The food you get is anything but fresh (see previous reviews). In consultation with other guests, the place has been closed, and we went looking for another place to eat.
