Sweet girl behind the counter, a bit of a big distance between the employee and the customer but fine. The shop feels a bit cold, but oh well - we aren't in Oud Zuid. The mini strawberry tart was tasty and the price was okay, but I thought it said €2.50 and according to my bank I paid €3.50. I'll pop in sometime to be sure how it works 😘🍓

The ordering process was lightning fast. The pizza was delicious and very hot.

We will never get food here again. We had put in the comments field with the online order that everything had to be vegetarian, except the spring rolls (because they were for the only 2 people who are not vegetarian). We got everything with pork and the spring rolls vegetarian, so exactly the other way around. We got a manager on the line who immediately hung up, twice, as soon as he heard that it was a complaint. The 3rd time he wanted to speak to us but he immediately started shouting. Then he hung up 4 more times. (yes, I kept calling, I kept insisting until he would listen) I couldn't get a word in edgewise, couldn't explain to him that 2 of us are allergic to pork, 1 of whom is a small child, and that we would get really sick if we ate this. We wanted our money back, but he refused. He really wanted to send new food but we made it clear that we really didn't want that, that it wouldn't help us because we were going to eat something else in the meantime. 2 hours later (!!!) I got a call from a delivery person that he was at the door with yet new food... at the wrong address. And this meal had to be paid for again, and the delivery person immediately saw that everything contained meat again. So we sent it back with the meal. A mistake can be made, but then he could have spoken to us normally, right? And then he made the same mistake again (meat in again) plus a new one (wrong address!). Very customer unfriendly. Only plus: very friendly nice delivery person who wanted to listen. So those 2 stars are for him, not for the restaurant.

For me, New York Pizza is a bit hit or miss. One time the pizza is well-topped, fresh, and exactly as you hope, while another time it can be a bit disappointing. I notice a difference, especially with the toppings; occasionally, they are distributed quite sparsely across the pizza. Sometimes I get just one small, pathetic stalk of broccoli! Don't expect authentic Italian pizza, but just a solid chain with usually fine pizzas for a reasonable price. If the pizza is good, it really is good. However, the quality sometimes seems to depend a bit on the day or who is making it.

We were here for high tea and lunch. The cigarette bin at the entrance was overflowing. Inside, it looked neat. Unlimited tea with high tea should be requested more often, or put a pot of tea on the table. Unfortunately, the chocolate churrows were not tasty. Otherwise, it was fine. We were there on a Sunday and there seemed to be very little staff. 3 people.

I rarely go there, but I have had a reasonably good meal. The milkshakes are tasty. However, the cafeterias are quite pricey.

I eat at just about every New York Pizza in the Netherlands because I travel all over the country for work, but this one was absolutely inedible. The dough was bad and not baked properly. I asked for extra garlic sauce but they didn't give it to me. They were customer-friendly, though, but the food was inedible.

A regular customer, but the quality has really gone downhill. I've ordered the Corfu platter several times, and it's never complete. Tzatziki is also no longer available. Time to switch.

Had a reservation, but the restaurant was closed. No-show reversed. The restaurant had confirmed the reservation but was no longer open, without informing the customer. According to Google, the restaurant is also permanently closed.

Absolutely awful!!! We had ordered food, and then we went to look for a spot. Everywhere you wanted to sit was terribly filthy. There were dirty stains all over the table and the upholstery was covered in shit by the sparrows that were flying everywhere, including through the kitchen where they also shit. Truly awful. We threw our food away. I didn't dare eat it.

Very bad, I am often refused fifteen minutes in advance, very unfortunate.
