It's a real shame we ordered doner chicken and got veal. We pointed this out and nothing was done about it...

I don't need to talk much about the pizza; it's what you'd expect from a NYP. Nobody expects a Neapolitan pizza. And it tastes fine for what it is. But if I order a margeritha with mushrooms, I shouldn't have three stray pieces of chicken on it. A vegetarian doesn't need animal products on their food, especially without asking.

See my previous review from four weeks ago. I've since contacted my legal expenses insurer to take action against this franchisee. Despite repeated assurances from the head office, this person has so far refused to refund the money for the order that was never delivered, or even had the decency to contact me. Outrageous.

Stay away!!! Unfortunately, I also didn't read the reviews beforehand and ordered through the Dutch Lieferando, which has good reviews. Two and a half hours later, no food. I called half an hour ago, and they said it would be here in five minutes. Now the restaurant is closed, and I can't reach anyone! Absolutely outrageous, and I've probably lost my money! A truly mediocre chip shop. The stingy owner is always looking for ways to save money, for example, using too little sauce, charging extra for everything, and all at the expense of good service. My daughter had to use the restroom once, and yes, go ahead, ma'am, for €1. Once, we were served thin, frozen fries. I had to complain, and only then did they fry fresh ones. The place is almost always empty, so I'm also concerned about the freshness of the products. In short, we'll never go there again.

Ordered two different pizzas, received the same one twice. Called, and they said they'd bring a new one, good service.

Scammed me out of 8 euros worth of chicken. I submitted 2 complaints like 2 months ago and NOBODY ever contacted me. I tried calling and nothing. One time they called me so I asked about it, they said they are understaffed and it will take very long (my pizzas were ready) and a manager will call us the next day - never called. Avoid, scam!!!!!!

I regularly order from them through Thuisbezorgd. Delicious food, perfectly seasoned and at the right temperature. Delivery times vary but are acceptable. The food is carefully packaged and packaged.

Great pizza, delivery is usually on time and service is good.

Ordered yesterday at 4:53 PM. It was delivered at 7:05 PM. The sushi had slid to one side. It didn't look appetizing. I took pictures of it for a party and birthday. It really wasn't good. Think before you order!

Disgraceful!!! I just ordered and the order is wrong. I didn't get any drinks. Literally just noodles with nothing, just sauce. And three bags of mini spring rolls when I ordered three chicken spring rolls. And I just hope they answer. Never again for me.
