Very disappointed. We ordered 2 Kapsalons for over 20 each, and 3 döner rolls for 17.50 each (absurd!!) because, well, we were hungry. Thanks a lot; cold and a Kapsalon with potato and moldy lettuce (!) WHO COMES UP WITH THIS. The 2 stars are for offering a free Kapsalon with the next Kapsalon on the next order; she didn't want to believe that we were getting less than we ordered, which came across as somewhat unprofessional at first. I won't order from there again, although I would have liked it to be otherwise.

While I was placing my order, the employee answered the phone. Then an order for 26 pizzas followed. Even though I was already placing my order, these pizzas were put in the oven before mine. The result: I had to wait more than 30 minutes before my pizzas were put in the oven. Bad, really very bad. Better to order by phone, then. And just when you think you're getting your pizzas, they've gone along with the other 26, so they have to be made again. I've already been waiting for more than 40 minutes. Really bad, very bad. And upon arriving home, the pizza I ordered wasn't how I ordered it. So I went back again. My advice: If you want to eat quickly and get what you paid for, don't order here. Go somewhere else.

Will this location ever reopen? It says you were open today on Google Maps. It turns out I came for nothing. When I arrived, it was closed and looks neglected. It's a shame you don't keep Google Maps updated with the correct opening hours.

Ordered and paid for food online, but it was never delivered. When we try to call, there is no answer. What a terrible place.

Ordered for a large group. Nobody wanted to eat the fries because they were soaked in grease and fried way too hard. Quickly ordered fries somewhere else and had a discussion; I only got a third of the amount back. Never ordering food here again.

Food is top-notch, staff is top-notch. A super clean and tidy place, and they serve delicious food as well.

Ordered on August 10th, Pizza with broccoli florets, among other things. Tasted good, but the amount of broccoli was really minimal. I usually find the vegetable additions too few. Service is good and usually quite fast.

The snack bar is reasonably good value for money. The products are typical deep-fried convenience foods, which are comparatively expensive. The portions of fries are large, though. The restaurant, on the other hand, is completely overpriced; I paid over €20 for a tiny portion of vegetarian gnocchi. That was outrageous.

We ordered online, and the food arrived after about 40 minutes. We had a platter, Turkish pizza, and durums. The durums were soggy, cold, and not made according to the order. The Turkish pizza was also cold and not tasty. The platter was warm but not fully cooked; the fries were limp and cold. We will not order from here again.

Unbelievable what happened to us yesterday!! We ordered some falafel wraps to eat at the table and they did not give us any plate. So we reasonably dirty the table. Before leaving, I kindly collected the foil and clean the table but, doing so , some foil fell on the floor. She told us to clean the floor or we could not leave!!!!! So i replied that it can happen to dirty the floor in a restaurant where you serve food, especially if you don’t provide plates, but she got mad saying it was not a restaurant and we had to clean the floor or we couldn’t leave!!!! I almost called the police. DO NOT GO HERE

Yes, I can definitely call it special. It doesn't feel like a real La Place. Upon entering, the staff is on the other side, and you really have to figure out how the concept works. Maybe put up a sign saying "order here, pick up here"? The sandwich was definitely not La Place-worthy, and the smoothie was very watery... Had it been frozen? The girl behind the counter really did her best, but with enough staff and a very quiet atmosphere, I don't understand why all the tables were dirty and all the clearing carts full. There's still a lot to be gained at this location, so MT, put your best foot forward and make the most of it, because all in all, you're in a great location.

In general, the food is tasty. The burgers are good and clearly show attention to detail. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience the last time. It wasn't until about an hour after I placed my order that I was told the milkshake machine was broken. As compensation, they wanted to give me chicken nuggets and a drink. I indicated that I didn't want chicken nuggets, because I wouldn't eat them anyway. The answer I received was: “They are already being made, so you will get them.” I found that very rude. Additionally, my girlfriend's burger was made incorrectly. Instead of the Juicy Burger Sauce, there was a spicy sauce on it. That was another disappointment. Delivery also often takes a very long time, so keep that in mind if you order here. The food is certainly tasty, but the customer service and delivery could really use a significant improvement. Additionally, it is a shame that there is no clear way to file a complaint.
