No delivery and no refund.
I ordered from this place last night through Thuisbezorgd delivery. The order was stuck at "being delivered" for a long time, over an hour. Thuisbezorgd customer service said to give it another half hour. I did. No delivery. At some point after that the status went to "delivered". It was not.
Today Thuisbezorgd contacted me saying that their partner was unwilling to refund. So perhaps don't trust them for delivery!
The dinner buffet, which cost around €42, was a bit off-putting, but the food was delicious. The buffet was plentiful and was constantly refilled. The waiters were very friendly and took great care to keep the restaurant clean.
The review was apparently just deleted. They're just canceling orders after 90 minutes, claiming "we were closed." They knew that 85 minutes before. Google just said they were open. The phone was busy at first, and then suddenly no one answered. They didn't even bother trying to contact me. Apparently, they're only concerned with deleting reviews.
Fries are okay. However, be sure to arrive/order on time, as a 45-minute wait for a simple order is the rule rather than the exception. Despite being busy, the staff takes their time and is very indifferent. It seems like even a hello at the cash register is too much to ask.
Made an account online order to this restaurant using Thuisbezorgd, after hours order showed delivered when I didn’t receive my order , called the restaurant they said they didn’t receive any order. Next thing they did was to pass me around from one person to the other and lastly they ended the call twice.
