Ordered yesterday at 4:53 PM. It was delivered at 7:05 PM. The sushi had slid to one side. It didn't look appetizing. I took pictures of it for a party and birthday. It really wasn't good. Think before you order!
For the third time in a row now, the shawarma was cold, reheated in the microwave, and ordered well before the requested delivery time (1.5-2 hours), yet delivered later than the requested time (once an hour later). We have had our order delivered for the last time.
Ordered through Lieferando and waited 1.5 hours. After a phone call, I was told they couldn't reach me on my German number (+49). That's an absolute lie; three people can confirm it. I wasn't called... the service here is nonexistent. Anyone who orders from here has only themselves to blame. I had to open a case with PayPal because I'm sure I'll never get my money back otherwise... -10/10
I recently visited this restaurant, where I really enjoyed the kapsalon. It was a delicious combination of fries, meat, and melted cheese, perfectly finished with garlic sauce. The fries were golden brown and crispy, just how I like them.
I also tried the croquettes, and they were truly fantastic. They were beautifully crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside. Although they could have been fried a little longer, they were a wonderful addition to the meal.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves tasty snacks!
Scammed me out of 8 euros worth of chicken. I submitted 2 complaints like 2 months ago and NOBODY ever contacted me. I tried calling and nothing. One time they called me so I asked about it, they said they are understaffed and it will take very long (my pizzas were ready) and a manager will call us the next day - never called.
Avoid, scam!!!!!!

A truly mediocre chip shop. The stingy owner is always looking for ways to save money, for example, using too little sauce, charging extra for everything, and all at the expense of good service. My daughter had to use the restroom once, and yes, go ahead, ma'am, for €1. Once, we were served thin, frozen fries. I had to complain, and only then did they fry fresh ones. The place is almost always empty, so I'm also concerned about the freshness of the products. In short, we'll never go there again.
I actually almost never write reviews, but this really topped everything. You plan your evening, stay home on purpose, order food because you think: fine, they’ll be here soon, and then you sit waiting for 2 to 3 hours without any clarity whatsoever. No update, no decent communication, and on top of that, the phone isn't answered.
The most frustrating thing isn't even just the waiting, but the feeling that you aren't taken seriously at all as a customer. Everyone knows the feeling: you stick to agreements, make time, and expect at least a message if things are running late. Instead, you just sit there waiting and wonder if anyone is even going to show up.
I specifically set aside time for this, incurred costs, and adjusted my entire schedule. As a customer, you don't expect perfection, but you do expect respect and communication. Based on my experience, I would really advise people to think carefully before planning anything here. This level of service is unacceptable to me.
