I ordered food. 4:43 PM, received 33 euros. Waiting until 7:20 PM, still delivering (delicious app). Update 5:40 PM, delivered... Mud and seaweed. call your customers when you get there...

Excellent pizza!! Fresh and stuffed with nice ingredients! Not slow and not fast...just fine. But, we were here at a very slow evening. Can't relate to the bad reviews here. We both liked it very much! We had the showarma pizza.

My order from Mevlana Dönerhuis arrived exactly on time, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the food had cooled down considerably—not completely cold, but not really warm either. The pizza was rather crispy, reminiscent of something old or dry, which made the taste disappointing. The kapsalon was fine, nothing special. All in all, an average experience: points for punctuality, but the food quality could definitely be improved.

The pizza is crap, the dough is store-bought, the toppings are too small, and there are only 2 pieces of sausage cut in half for the whole pizza.

Rude delivery drivers!! The first time went wrong. I called to ask what I ordered, and they offered an incomprehensible apology, and I thought, "That happens." I ordered several times after that, and each time something was wrong, but I wasn't too worried. But today was the last time I'll spend my money here. The delivery driver was downstairs on his scooter, ordering me to come down for my food. He rang the doorbell several times, and only after I called the restaurant did he give me a lame excuse about the door not opening. He kept ringing the doorbell like crazy instead of immediately saying the door wouldn't open. Which wasn't even the case, because we tried it later, and the door opened just fine. I refused the food and asked for a refund. I will NEVER order from here again!!

Have ordered food a few times and it has always been of good quality and delivered quickly. Everything is hot and very tasty! Absolutely great!!!

I ordered Hawaiian pizza. The pineapple was past its sell-by date, tasted sour, and was just really spoiled. I called, but the guy said it wasn't possible; it was a new can of pineapple. ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN UNTIL I ORDER HERE.

2 times kapsalon now inedible fries rock hard meat there was little cheese not properly melted you ask for extra garlic sauce they say it's on it don't even get a jar of garlic salad lettuce and some carrot well I will go to a village further away even the dogs ate it with long teeth

Second day in a row the here only 2 songs playing all day long . Great view and coffee but c’mon , there are more than 2 songs in this world .and when I asked admin about their playlist he started arguing with me that no , there are more than 2 songs . Horrible experience.

I ordered a croquette sandwich, and after 40 minutes the food arrived, and the order was wrong. After that, there was no cutlery available. Very disappointed.

Upon arrival, we were told that breakfast was no longer available, and the club, bar, and restaurant had been closed by the municipality. Only the rooms were still available. The elevator was broken... The beds were comfortable. And if you mention it to reception, you get a rude awakening, which is unacceptable, as there's plenty to do in the city. You booked a room, not the rest of the facilities. In short, I highly recommend against it.
