The owner is not welcoming at all. We have been there several times, and each time he finds something to complain aboutâď¸It feels completely unwelcoming.
The taste of the food is average, and itâs different every time. I think it depends on the ownerâs mood whether you get a good meal or not. But overall, itâs averageânot bad!
Weâre not going back there anymore, not because of the food, but mainly because of the ownerâs behavior.
Functional food. Not healthy, not cozy, but easily accessible. Food just like you'd expect from McDonald's.
It was quite busy, but the service was good.
3 stars: "Alright," and that's about it. Upon entering, I immediately felt claustrophobic. All the furniture was deep, dark, and crammed together. I had a schnitzel with Parmesan cheese, and while the cheese had melted, I had the impression it had been quite a while. It was stiff on the meat. Moreover, the sauces were in separate bottles. Not very charming. All in all, it wasn't a culinary highlight. Although you do get that impression when you see the prices they charge đľ. And if that wasn't enough, they enjoyed underlining and mentioning the tip clause at the checkout. I found that such a bad approachâthe tip was absolutely undeservedâthat I won't be returning!
Ordered Mac Flurry, the worst I've ever received. Way too much M&M mix, not even mixed. I didn't even finish it. Not what I expected when visiting McDonald's.
Today I came for dinner with a rather large group. We were seated in a corner near some round tables. Our waitress was super sweet, made small talk, and always made sure everything was perfect. A personal thank you to the young blonde woman (our waitress) and the friendly gentleman at the counter who paid us! The atmosphere was very pleasant; it was a bit busy, but we didn't notice it much from our seats. The restaurant is in a beautiful location! The food was delicious; we finished everything and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks so much, bears! We'll definitely be back!
Worst KFC I've ever been to, takes ages, can't speak Dutch, and the food is cold and disgusting. Never coming here again. They really need to close this place down.
The food is delicious, the service is fast and very respectful đ The staff are very nice and generous. We were confused between two types of pasta and they brought us the second dish as a tip â¤ď¸
I went with a colleague to get some coffee at around 1 PM on 18 September 2025 (Thursday). There were at least three baristas behind the counter and only two people ahead of us, yet we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be served. When we finally ordered, we were informed that there was no more tiramisu latte or cold brew, so I just ordered an iced Americano.
After getting my order, I went over to the self-service station to add some syrup to it, as that's usually where customers can get sugar, syrup and serviettes. Upon seeing that there was no syrup there, I went back to the counter to ask for it. This was the conversation that ensued between me and one of the female baristas working at the time:
Me: "Can I get some syrup added to my drink please?"
SLCBarista: "Then you have to pay."
Me: "Okay, I will pay."
SLCBarista: "No, pay for another drink."
Me: "But...why? You can't just add some syrup to this drink?"
SLCBarista: "NO BUT THEN WE LOSE MONEY."
Appalling service all around.
