Unfortunately, the service during one of my three visits (this month) was not very welcoming. The two ladies serving made me feel uncomfortable, almost as if I was eating for free rather than as a paying customer. Moreover, the restaurant also felt a bit suffocating due to poor air ventilation, and the lighting could be brighter. Improving these areas would greatly enhance the overall experience.

This type of situation reflects a clear lack of concern for the customer experience and gives the impression that the establishment prioritizes the constant flow of tourists over quality, service, and the genuine commitment to hospitality that should characterize a restaurant.
