OMG what a place, we ordered by phone 4 times and all 4 times, truly, we received the wrong order. The service regarding their mistakes is extremely poor and they just say “come and get what you’re missing.” Sorry, but a “good” company is supposed to come and deliver. This is what they call fixing mistakes. Today, out of convenience (there isn't another snack bar nearby), we thought we’d give it the benefit of the doubt. We ordered on the spot this time. The order was ready in just 5 minutes, which meant the fries were still soggy and not 100% right. We ate the order at home and found out that all the snacks were wrong. Called again... with the same result: “come and get the correct one.” It is absolutely insane that this place still exists, never again 😵

Ordered sushi for takeout, and we found a closed door.

Order here more often and I am satisfied. Delivery time in Reuver is perfect. Food such as shawarma sandwich, kapsalon, pizza, and salads are good. Can recommend broad shawarma with spicy (hot) sauce, just like tuna salad or feta salad. If you feel like cooking or you don't have time, order here. There was one occasion where they forgot to deliver, but this was resolved very well by telephone. Heerstraat 34 wishes you so all the best.

Super nice experience! I ordered a pizza with minced meat, but unfortunately, I didn't like the taste very much because of the lamb mince used. I called the restaurant immediately to let them know, and they responded incredibly sweetly and understandingly. They immediately offered to make a new pizza for me free of charge. Really thoughtful and great service! Definitely recommended; they really go the extra mile for the customer here. 😊

Never had any complaints about them before, but now: burnt chicken döner, just bitter, so burnt, and nasty brown fries with both meals ordered. Sorry folks, but this was the last time I order from you.

Hasan is and will always be the goat, no discussion. If you think you can get a real kapsalon somewhere else, you've lost your way.

We thought the waitress who served us was really good. Friendly and cheerful. It made us happy. We don't know her name. We do know that she studies in Maastricht and that this is her part-time job.

Perfect shop, everything is nice and tender

Just dropped on the ground in the rain without notice. I work on a boat. The GPS probably put the address in the wrong place. But even then. Based on the phone call, the two of us looked for the pizza for 10 minutes and found it on the ground in the rain.

What is wrong with this place? I just ordered drinks for 5 people and the security thinks it's okay to just ask where I'm from? Dutch passport with curls, just act normal and find another job.

They were very busy tonight and there was good communication about that. Then something went wrong in the delivery, but they really went above and beyond to make it right. Had super tasty spareribs and very good service!

Very friendly ladies. The food was ready quickly and looks neat. It tastes just like it did years ago, which is great.

So you pay 9 euros for shrimp and get 6 shrimp with lettuce. Where is the bread? It's on your site, then don't serve it..
