Usually fine, but the last time I got takeout from here, it wasn't great; it tasted and smelled strange. My roommate threw up. There was a lot of leftover food, but it all went in the trash.
I ordered a chicken wrap and they made it in like 5 minutes which is great but I didn’t really like the taste of it. It was not bad but I didn’t enjoy eating it😔
The personal was cute tho
We had dinner with a group of colleagues and then stayed for drinks. The food was simple but good; my cheese fondue was really delicious. The cocktails weren't perfect—for example, there wasn't a salt rim on the margarita glass—but that didn't stop us from ordering more.
I chose this place because they promised delivery within 20-30 minutes, but they didn't! I had to wait a total of two hours for my food... without any explanation or apology. Absolutely terrible! 🙃
Never again! I had to wait an hour and a half for an order of two burgers and fries on a Monday afternoon, and the order wasn't even complete. Very disappointed.
Well, I've had several experiences. But I'm going to avoid this restaurant.
Not recommended. Compared to all the great Starbucks restaurants out there. What's going on here?
When you're ordering, they don't listen, and they quickly assume they know what you want... if you order chocolate milk without whipped cream, you'll get one with it anyway. If you want your drink without a lid, you'll still get one. If you want the savings card, they'll always say, "We don't have that." Everything's gone (it doesn't exist anymore).
The staff happily puts their feet up on the sofa in the restaurant and socializes with friends.
Also, it seems it's more important to keep chatting with colleagues about colleagues while customers are waiting. What a great atmosphere! It's inviting.
For the amount of money you spend there with four people, you can expect quality. I'm not used to this from Starbucks either. There's real work to be done here, and I wonder if there's a manager here.
