Top place!!! Very tasty burgers, I go there weekly! Definitely worth the effort and the money, highly recommended!!

Unfortunately, the quality isn't great anymore. Today, there were even 2 mini spring rolls stuck together in the container that were clearly overcooked and tasted really bad; I threw them away. The fries weren't great either; they were hard and seemed overcooked too. I already liked it lately, but thought it could happen once, but today was the last time there, unfortunately.

Paid over 10 euros for a very small thinner sandwich! I mean really mini. And over 16 euros for a manti pasta that arrived cold. On top of that, it was way too sour and swimming in grease. After 2 bites, my stomach is hurting and I have a really nasty taste. I'm usually one for positive reviews, but this is truly awful and bad. That they dare to charge so much money for this. Sorry, but I will never order anything here again.

Ambiance prima, eten uit de keuken ook goed. Waarom dan maar 2 punten. Dit heeft te maken met de bediening. Niet dat er te weinig mensen liepen maar werk zien was er niet bij. Na voorgerecht werd net voor het hoofdgerecht de tafel afgeruimd en ingedekt. Zelfde gebeurde na het hoofdgerecht.. gevolg dat de koffie bij de borden van het hoofdgerecht werden gezet. Na zelf de borden weggezet te hebben is er ook nog zo’n bijdehante tante die maar vond dat we na een 1/2 uur nog maar een minuutje geduld moesten hebben. Vaker langs de tafel lopen, drank opnemen in plaats van lummelen bij het drankenloket. Just ordered a spicy salmon pokebowl Unfortunately, the pokebowl wasn't as tasty as I'm used to; very salty and had a strange taste this time. Very disappointing because it's not worth the 18 euros.

I thought, to save time, I buy naan from here. (Normally I make it myself). The naan we got was not fresh. Could have been warmed in a microwave perhaps but not made on the spot. Disappointed to say the least.

Unfortunately, we had an incredibly bad experience at B-Mich in Venlo. On a Sunday, we simply wanted to have something to eat and drink here, but things went wrong right from the start. Among other things, we wanted to order a cheeseburger, but were told that there was no meat available to even make a cheeseburger. That in itself is unusual for a restaurant on a Sunday. (after 15 minutes) We then sat waiting for about three quarters of an hour. Only then were we told that another dish we had ordered, the shrimp croquettes, was unavailable too. Of course, running out of certain products can happen once in a while, but communicate this immediately when taking the order. Don't make guests wait three quarters of an hour before telling them that their order cannot be delivered at all. In the end, we wasted almost an hour of our time here without being able to eat properly. The whole process struck us as very unprofessional and disorganized. The staff did not seem well informed about what was and wasn't available, and there simply seemed to be far too few employees present to keep the place running smoothly. Moreover, the atmosphere and organization gave us absolutely no sense that we were in a well-organized hospitality establishment. It felt more like a place where you might pop in for a quick coffee than a restaurant where you can trust that your order will actually be served within a reasonable timeframe. For us, this was a major letdown. If we had been told immediately upon arrival that several dishes were unavailable, we could have simply gone to eat somewhere else. Instead, we were nearly an hour down the line and, above all, extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would absolutely not recommend B-Mich in Venlo. In my opinion, serious changes need to be made regarding stock, communication, staffing, and general organization before I would consider returning here again.

Where El Greco once managed to satisfy our hunger with the flavorful pita gyros, yesterday was a fiasco. Tough pita filled with, among other things, soggy fries, tasteless greasy meat, a stray onion, and a piece of tomato. A terrible shame, El Greco has gone under…

A fantastic restaurant, with very friendly and attentive staff. They truly put their customers first. They take time for you, and the food is truly excellent. We had a wonderful, enjoyable evening. One minor criticism: it took a little getting used to ordering, and it was a bit tricky to find vegetarian dishes. But this was also perfectly resolved. Unlike other restaurants, there was a huge selection of vegetarian options.

I came here to have a nice time with my family, but I didn't really like it here. The food was great, but the service was a bit soggy. We told the waiter that our grandma died in a car accident and he said, "I've seen a lot of videos in Brazil of people dying." Okay, I guess?
