I've ordered several times and been disappointed several times. The food itself isn't bad, but everything else about it is. Delivery often takes far too long, the (hot) dishes are cold, and worst of all, they don't even bother with the order comments. It's happened often enough that I've made a clear request to change the contents of a sushi roll, but it's completely ignored. I even once ordered a "maki mix" with a request to replace the cucumber maki with another crab maki (I'd called ahead and asked for it, and it was an option), and what I got was two cucumber maki and two salmon maki!? As if they did it on purpose... I simply can't imagine how it could go SO wrong. Time and time again, things go wrong, and requests are ignored.
On the other hand, when I call, I always get a fairly friendly man on the phone, so I'm sorry to say, but my trust has completely vanished, so I'll never order from them again.
A super nice family who do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Everything on the buffet was delicious and there was more than enough. Excellent value for money. It's a shame it wasn't that busy, because these people deserve it.
Three weeks of complaints in a row, I'm done with the Smuller. First week: fries still warm, and the frikadel speciaal is just a regular frikadel when I get home. Second week: fries are good, but the frikadel speciaal is almost cold, and the bear claw doesn't have curry, even though I asked for it. Third week: fries are okay, the frikadel speciaal is almost cold, the bami ball is completely cold on the inside, and instead of a bear claw with curry, I get a meatball with onion, again without sauce. No more Smuller for me; in the space of a year, things have deteriorated dramatically.
I was greeted in a friendly manner and my order was ready within 10 minutes. The sushi was delicious. However, the price list turned out to be out of date; it would be nice if that could be fixed.
Great place. We were called to say the sauce we wanted wasn't in stock and what we wanted in its place. We'd requested 6:00 PM as the delivery time, but it didn't arrive until 6:35 PM, which was a shame. Otherwise, the food was delicious.
After a very long time, I ordered two kapsalons from them (for me and my daughter). When I got home (I live less than 5 minutes away), the food wasn't even warm anymore. I thought, well, I shouldn't complain. But after three bites, I told my daughter I didn't taste any sauce! Then I called, and they brought sauce. So you wait for it, and then the food was completely cold! It was resolved, but the food wasn't tasty at all, and the shawarma was so overcooked that I thought, "Should I eat shawarma or ground meat?" It was a real shame, because I had to pay 18 euros for our order!
After visiting the Orchideeenhoeve, we dined at Restaurant VIP op Ur with our friends, Club van Meij. We had a wonderful meal: fried plaice for the men and kibbeling for the women. The service was pleasant. Highly recommended.
