Pricey for a cold gozleme with barely any stuffing

Ice cream is good but too often they have the lights on and door locked with the sign outside so it seems closed even though it’s supposed to be open. That without a number to call to verify if they’re really closed is VERY ANNOYING.

Terrible. You order something, and they deliver it to the wrong place. You get a call from a stranger saying your food has been delivered, and then you have to call back yourself half an hour later. Next, they get into an argument with you, refuse to prepare new food, and say you entered the wrong address, even though it is correct. I have never experienced anything like this. Now I am claiming a refund via Thuisbezorgd. I will never order from them again; I strongly advise against it because they do not take you seriously as a customer and apparently have idiots driving around who cannot read.

I loved the food. I like the ”build your own” concept. You can ask for a random mix of veggies if you can’t choose. The most spicy sauce (red curry) was European Spicy = not spicy enough for my liking 😋 However, I’d like to point out that both the lady taking your order, as well as the cook, seem to hate their job and did not smile once.

I won't be ordering sushi here again. The nori was soft, tough, and had a strange taste; the sushi was inedible because of it. I called the restaurant about this and had to explain the problem three times. Nothing was done about it.

Really amazing and delicious food

A really fun and friendly team, it couldn't be better.

The food is delicious WHEN it's available. It's a shame to be a baker and have certain rolls repeatedly unavailable, even at other DUST branches. And then you're there at 8 or 9 a.m., and even later in the day (where I can somewhat understand why the rolls might be gone).

I have gotten pizzas here several times. The staff here are really super nice. Recently, a young man from Utrecht started working here (so the owner knows who I mean). We had a very nice conversation with him and were given a cinnamon bread dessert to try. It tasted really good; besides the staff being very nice, the New York pizzas have the best crusts and are well-topped. We will definitely be coming back here more often. By the way, there is also another blond guy working here who is very nice and helpful.

Delicious food, good service and it looks neat

Lots of regular alcoholics inside, no friendly staff at all, bad music and the security even comes across as aggressive. DEFINITELY AVOID!!!

We had a great party (we rented a room), but the service was terrible. You ordered a drink and got something completely different, like an apfelkorn with 7up, but instead of 7up, you got sparkling water because they wouldn't go upstairs to refill the drinks.

Absolutely in a class of its own, as far as we are concerned; highly recommended. Ted and Karin.
