We had made a reservation, but it turned out the restaurant was under construction. We made another reservation, arrived, and were told there was no reservation and that we should just leave. We found this rather odd, but were then literally shoved out of the restaurant by a staff member. This certainly didn't go down well. They then offered us a table: "Where do you want to eat? Go eat off the floor." A rather rude and extremely impolite remark.
Amazingly bad!
I ordered here at 5:45 pm and by 8:00 pm it still hadn't arrived. I called and they said it would be here in 20 minutes, which didn't happen, so I called again, and someone came on the phone who was very smart and didn't even apologize. During the call, he suddenly said I'll call you back at another time, and then they hung up the phone in my face. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They didn't have almost all the food on the plates. The fries were undercooked. Beef stew wasn't beef stew. Promotions are wrong. It says donuts and drinks for 6.50. The donuts are next to the Fristi. After paying, there's no promotion at all, and they say it's valid with a hot drink. That's not mentioned anywhere. The woman at the cash register couldn't change anything and just stood there giggling.
Both the pizzeria and the snack bar are terribly bad. The pizzas are the size of piccolinis and are tasteless. With the "normal" portion of fries, you get a whopping 11 fries in the container. Besides that, there's only one menu, and if it's not nearby, you have to guess at the prices and the selection...
I ordered pizzas at 5:15 PM (pretty early in the evening, right?). Then I waited 2.5 hours. If it's too busy for delivery, please let me know!
The pizzas were good, although I can't tell the difference between a thin and crispy crust and a regular one.
Sadly disappointed.
The pizza was lukewarm (so I had to put it in the oven).
The pineapple was in piles, and so were the pizza slices without pineapple.
Not worth 19 euros.
I asked a normal question, something about the price or whether it was correct. A somewhat plump woman behind the counter started laughing at me for asking, to which I replied that she should calm down. Then a smaller, plump, bald man behind the counter suddenly intervened and said, "I don't have enough money," without any reason. As they could see, it was paid for properly by card. I then received the receipt. I said, "I went to Aruba with my husband and my whole family and just got back from France, including Euro Disney, and that the employee behind the counter should provide good customer service, especially in response to a normal question." He then told me to leave, and I told him to stoop to his knees and make a fool of himself in front of everyone, because they were standing in line, and my husband earns more than him as a programmer, who, of course, wasn't there at the time.
Disrespectful, rude, and very poor service for a normal question.
I even showed photos of Aruba, etc., to the woman behind the slush puppies and told her I wouldn't accept that.
How dare he make that up on the spot? The fries were hard, and the chicken nuggets you can fry at home from the supermarket.
The receipt shows a date from that day, nine days earlier. The price for the chicken pieces is also listed on the sign as 5 for 6, and I asked if that should be adjusted, but she still said 4 for 6 before the argument even started. Sounds like a scam to me.
It's nice to have a nostalgic ice cream cart in the neighborhood, but I don't think it wants any business. If you hear it, you have to run to get there. If you walk slowly, it drives away right in front of you. I think it could at least double its turnover if it just waited in a few designated spots...
