Excellent buffet restaurant. We stayed at the Safari Hotel over Christmas. Breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious!
On Christmas Day, we had a dinner buffet. Lots of drinks included. We had three rounds of drinks. The selection was delicious, and there was also a wide selection of desserts!
I had the havenbaron burger. It was awesome - it went straight in to my top 5 burgers of all time. I worried when it arrived it was small, but it’s actually the perfect size, especially with the slow cooked wagyu on top! Delicious.
The food hall concept is such a great idea - allowing different food to be ordered by each person at the table.
Order process was super simple too - via an app from lots of different food stalls; and a drinks bar. You then get a notification when it’s ready and you collect to bring back to your table.
We went on a Friday lunchtime so no real wait for food - I imagine this place could get really busy in the evenings. With burgers that good though I’d happily wait!
No, I haven't been to that pizza düner 😂 You can put anything on a pizza. First, a good quattro stazione before you start mixing different food cultures.
Been here with a friend a while back. We had a good meal... We chose the "sharing plates" there are a few that need attention... The tenderloin skewer? was 1 mini skewer that is actually not for sharing. was really waaaaay too small. In addition, the worst was the raw sea bass. nowhere on the menu did it say it was raw. I almost threw up when I chewed on it. Really awful. And the potato salad that was underneath was also really inedible. But the sea bass was really really really really nasty and raw. the other things were okay. Too bad I had to put together my own steak tartare.
Yesterday three of us came, it was very tasty, thanks to the staff, service 👍, today we came again, but on the fourth day, thank you, just as tasty as yesterday
Ordered a pizza, 45 minutes later than "planned." It sat on "ready for shipment" for over half an hour. The result: late delivery and lukewarm food. Unfortunately, not the first time, but certainly the last.
The food was okay on the first day, but the service was also very slow and inattentive. On the second day, I was allowed to order drinks and stayed for another 30 minutes, but no one wanted to take my food order. I left after finishing my drinks. The atmosphere is like being in a hallway.
I can't recommend it.
What a terrible place! Chips and shawarma cost almost €20! Hot wings pink inside. They do everything with their dirty hands. If you want to get sick, go ahead!
We were here for a short weekend, thinking we'd grab some fries from the chip shop in the park.
We were the only ones there, and there was already half a basket of fries hanging over the grease tray.
After placing our order via the kiosk, we were surprised to see the employee wiping under his nose and past his mouth.
Unaware of his behavior in an open kitchen, and unaware of his intention to wash his hands, he chatted away with the chef from the restaurant next door, who was twirling his mustache over the onion tray (luckily, our onions were already in a tray).
About the heavy party weekend the week before.
Without hesitation, the employee scooped the fries from the basket that had already been there, after being submerged in grease for 20 seconds, into the bag, along with some freshly fried fries.
Luckily, we had enough to skip the bottom fries during our meal.
I work in the hospitality industry myself, and you do sometimes do things unconsciously. My tip: be more mindful of your behavior in an open kitchen.
My food certainly tasted worse because of this incident.
They also know how to exaggerate the prices.
The sushi was good (48 pieces), lots of different varieties, all delicious. It came with three packets of soy sauce, a jar of wasabi, and a jar of ginger. Good quality. Ordered through Socialdeal.
The food quality is seriously subpar! The dim sum don't fit in the sauce containers.
The owner shows no interest in his guests. The dim sum platter tastes bland!
