I have honestly never eaten such a bad pizza; it was expensive, burnt, and everything was cold. Unfriendly staff. I am never coming here again!

Normally, I wouldn't be so quick to post a negative review on Google and would keep the honor to myself, but what just happened here was truly unacceptable. Friendly service and a fine terrace. In the past, I have often ordered fries as a snack with drinks. Today, we only received the bottom of the bag of fries. I would describe it as shredded fries. It happens. Sent back to the kitchen. However, the owner insisted that these are the standard portions and that the fries always look like this. Something that is simply not true. The highlight was that we were simply given the plate of fries back on our table(?!) Like, ‘this is it and good luck with it’—ridiculous, especially for 6.50 euros. Just take it off the bill then. Sent back to the kitchen again, but the waiter threw it in the trash can outside.

The delivery drivers drive ridiculously, are particularly disrespectful and impervious to any reason; it is a terrible shame and ruins the atmosphere of the entire occasion.

Not when ordering, done via home delivery, Order initially took 1.5 hours to deliver, after 2.5 hours still nothing arrived. The restaurant is also not reachable by telephone or the like.

This delivery and/or takeaway service is completely incorrect. You order via thuisbezorg.nl, pay for everything, and suddenly at the time they are supposed to arrive, you check the site and find out that the order has been cancelled because they are not open. On the thuisbezorg.nl site it says open, on their website it says open too, but when you call the number, the person answers and says, "Yes, we are closed. You will receive the money back in your account within 3 working days." So now I have to order food from someone else again; this costs you 2 orders. If you are going to order from Mevlana Emmercompascuum, I refuse; don't do it.

Unfortunately, every time I order from New York, this location is automatically selected. I have posted photos of almost every time I have ordered here. There is something every time: 9 out of 10 times, almost the entire bottle of garlic sauce is dumped on my pizza. "Garlic swirl"... I don't understand how anyone is expected to eat a pizza that is completely covered in sauce. Either there is no sauce, or half of my pizza is untopped, and so on. After the umpteenth time and having sent multiple emails with this complaint, I am really done with it now. It ultimately feels like it is being done on purpose, because I always order East Side shawarma; when I order other pizzas with it, they are delivered normally. Very disappointing, and I would actually like a refund for my last order, since this is already the umpteenth time and I am now certain I will never order here again. Not recommended at all.

Good service, and the food was great.

The pizzas were very tasty, but my problem lies with the unreliable service. I receive a notification that my pizza has been ordered, but it doesn't arrive at the door until 15 minutes later. So, during those 15 minutes without a pizza, I call the company; I am then put on the line for 2 minutes and am answered by a very angry Turk. This man gives me half-baked answers but at least he tried his best. The delivery guy on the other end offers me a tasty meal; out of automatism, I offer it back to him, then I am called an idiot and this gentleman walks away. The pizzas were tasty though.

We ate there with the family, everything was delicious, anything that ran out was immediately refilled, and there was a great selection of both savory and sweet dishes. It was a bit pricey, but worth it for good eaters 👍

Staff is incredibly rude. I would not visit this place. The food is horrible and unhygienic. It's a tourist trap. This place only accepts cash and has their own atm machine. If you know, you know...

Friendly staff and the pizza was delicious (well-topped) and was ready exactly at the agreed time!

The reviews amaze me; I always get good portions, tasty, and a good price.

We went there for breakfast every morning, as well as for dinner once after a day at the Safari Park. Breakfast is the same (extensive) buffet every day. Sometimes it is difficult to keep up with refilling, so it is best to have breakfast early. In the evening, there was something for everyone with a wide variety of dishes. Nicely presented, etc. As for the seating area, it is really filthy. Tables are cleaned superficially, making it one big sticky mess. The cushions on the chairs also look like they have seen better days and are desperate for a clean. Maybe different chairs???

Picked up food yesterday and it was so delicious again.
