Really enjoyed visiting this location. It’s an ideal spot for a quick bite with a wide selection of pizzas and sides. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere inside is nice and cozy. Great quick dining experience overall!

Tonight I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was very unfriendly. We wanted to order something, but he indicated that pickup was not possible because the “square was closed,” though delivery drivers could deliver. When I asked if the delivery driver could leave it outside, that was not possible. We wanted to order something for 6 euros, and you can only get delivery starting from 15 euros. Then delivery costs are added on top. The employee spoke to me in an unfriendly manner and as if I were an idiot. We also asked if he could take our order over the phone and deliver it then to avoid the extra costs. That was not possible either. Two minutes later, I tried another New York Pizza a little further down the road, and everything was possible there. I advise against ordering here; the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and the only thing they want is your money.

Lady with the red hair is always rude. When you come into the store, she's always staring at her phone and acting as if the customer doesn't exist. You expect this behaviour from a teenager, lol. I'm surprised she still has a job considering all these reviews. When I asked the price of something while she was scanning literally one (1) product of mine, she violently took the card reader from the counter to cancel my order for some reason and then told me the price. She's also the type to speak English to you despite me being a native Dutch speaker... I think my skin color caught her off guard. Maar later wel klagen wanneer er constant Engels in Amsterdam wordt gesproken, pfff.

Ordered via UberEats, they didn't show up, I called and got someone on the phone who blames everything on UberEats. Refuses to deliver because it's too far (10 min by car according to Google Maps). This restaurant doesn't make an effort to keep customers happy. Just stop delivering if you don't want it.

The pizza was undercooked in some places, there was literally no cheese on the pizza, you only eat the dough with minimal ingredients. The delivery time given by the application is 30 minutes, the actual time is around 45.

Uneatable, delivery late and the delivery person didn't say a word.

It's not what it used to be... new owner... (old comment below) Yesterday I got two scoops of ice cream and it was delicious. You can also enjoy a beer or something else on the patio... it looked nice inside... I hope business continues. A great addition to Molenhoek...

Ordered food via their website but never received the food. No contact whatsoever. Too bad because it seemed very tasty. :( Money gone. Update; 16-6 got a response to my sent email, my order had come through while they were on vacation. Received my money back. I'm going to try to order again now.

I walked in and saw the owner cutting someone's hair. There were also two dogs lying on the floor. The smell was awful, so I thought, get out of here!
