It seems like this place has awful reviews for a reason, especially if the delivery guy, who I’m pretty sure is the manager, acts like this. Not only was he too lazy to bring the food to my front door, but he made me come down to the street to get it, despite paying extra for delivery! If the management can’t even handle basic delivery, it’s no wonder everything else is just as bad. The food was a joke—frozen vegetables on the pizza? That’s beyond unacceptable. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers or any Italian recipe.
Avoid it at all costs! Less than a km away there’s at least 3 other Italian places better than this so called restaurant.
Bad treatment to the highest degree. I ordered a pizza and he said to me, "You have to come across the street to pick it up. I can't come to you." In a dirty way.
Worst kebab shop in Amsterdam, a total rip-off, even with the Fonsdal it's disgusting.
And 40 euros for 4 kebabs + 1 euro surcharge because you pay by card, it's bordering on the red light district.
A terrible deal.
I placed an order, paid for it, and it never arrived. When I asked for a refund, they gave me all sorts of excuses. They're thieves! That's an easy way to make money in the Netherlands.
It's not worth a single star. I literally paid 40 euros for two pasta dishes and two Red Bulls. I literally got pasta with no flavor. It didn't even taste like anything. I could even smell the neighbors' feet. This is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend it!! Damn, I wouldn't recommend it!! I simply can't describe it any worse than this. I'll never order from them again!
Stale bread sits at the front by the curtains, and no one mentions it. This might have been baked two days ago, or even longer. Completely dry. This isn't what you go to a bakery for... You don't exactly get a warm welcome either. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
Ordered two shawarma and one salami pizza, paid €50, but the €50 note wasn't inserted in the cash register. After 45 minutes, the three pizzas were ready—two shawarma and one margarita...
I had to wait again, 20 minutes for the salami pizza. The crust was barely made of stone, cold, and tough! A waste of money and your mental health!
The prices are truly absurd. There's a change, but the old setting had far more options and a wider selection. Now, it's over-prepared and offers little variety.
