They attempt to scam people at the checkout by offering currency conversion at an extremely extortionate rate plus a ridiculous 3 euro fee. Unbelievable. This place is expensive enough already without a blatant attempt to fleece people at the checkout. You'd expect this from street sellers, not from an international airport

I have no idea how this place is allowed to do business in the airport. The staff were incompetent, extremely slow and inefficient, and most of the ingredients were unavailable. The funniest thing was the items I ordered were not available so I had to change it for something and even though the order was $3 cheaper they did not offer me a refund until I asked. Crazy.

Our friend had a modification made to his pizza and had the wrong ingredient removed (this isn't the first time this has happened). Otherwise, the food is fine, nothing special, but the service could definitely be better.

Called promptly and resolved after pizza could not be delivered, alternative was delivered very quickly.

What an absolute disaster of a place. I have rarely had such a bad experience. The pizza was a complete failure: as soon as I picked it up, the cheese, salami, and sauce just slid right off as if someone had just haphazardly dumped everything on it without any effort. Tasteless, limp, greasy, and just downright disgusting. The kapsalon wasn't much better. Truly inedible. Everything tasted old, cheap, and as if it had been thrown together reluctantly. You don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant, but this was just shamefully bad. As if the food wasn't bad enough, there was a group of screaming guests sitting behind me, gambling and swearing as if they were in a back room instead of a proper eatery. Absolutely no atmosphere, absolutely no supervision, absolutely no respect for customers. When I indicated that the food wasn't what I had hoped for, the response was completely non-normal. Instead of a solution or apology, I was given a rude response and eventually just sent outside. Truly bizarrely unfriendly. The place itself looked terrible too. Cigarettes, trash, and trash were scattered all over the floor. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and stank terribly of feces. You seriously wonder how a place like this is allowed to stay open. In short: bad food, bad service, a filthy place, and an atmosphere where you want to get out as quickly as possible. I will never come back here and would advise everyone to eat somewhere else.

Super nice people, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great

It has been more than a year I go to this place every week. I always go here for the pastries and acknowledged the red hair lady was rude from the start. But today, I asked something she started to complain and being rude about how to order the sandwiches and can't order others since it's busy time. I said okay because I understand and wanted to pay she is STILL COMPLAINING while pressing the screens. There's a thin line between being rude or direct but this she is just rude. Will not go here again.

Got food poisoning after eating their pizza. Spent the night hovering over the toilet. After a few days, I still haven't regained my appetite. I filed a complaint with customer service, but I never heard back. What a terrible place. I'll never go back!

Ordered via UberEats, they didn't show up, I called and got someone on the phone who blames everything on UberEats. Refuses to deliver because it's too far (10 min by car according to Google Maps). This restaurant doesn't make an effort to keep customers happy. Just stop delivering if you don't want it.

The delivery was fast. The spareribs were ok. The fries are really bad. It seems like the fat is not replaced. Very greasy and disgusting, it makes you sick.

The pizza was undercooked in some places, there was literally no cheese on the pizza, you only eat the dough with minimal ingredients. The delivery time given by the application is 30 minutes, the actual time is around 45.

I had an unpleasant experience with Ms. Leng during my visit on 28 Nov 2025. Her attitude was rude and quite irritating, which made the environment uncomfortable not only for me but also for the other staff around her. It really affected the overall experience. However, I want to highlight that the other staff members were absolutely excellent. Ms Ezrah, Ms Mellody, Ms Chivany, and Mr Fros were all welcoming, friendly, and provided great customer service. They were professional and made me feel appreciated as a customer. It’s unfortunate that one staff member can ruin the atmosphere, because the rest of the team is truly amazing.
