Terrible service, how does a pizza’s place take your order and then you go to the place and there isn’t even someone making the pizzas???

We ordered and were told it would take 30-45 minutes. After an hour and a half, we still hadn't received anything. We called to ask where everything was and were told they were busy. This is the second time this has happened to us, and we won't be getting it a third time, because our next pizza won't be from Domino's! After receiving it, it was lukewarm. We didn't bother calling because they were busy!

We had a delicious meal here. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which made the experience complete.

Forced vegetarian eating, scandalous!

Order: Margarita pizza and cheese pizza, 2 pieces of ground meat, bell pepper, and onion. Received: 2 Margarita pizzas, 1 of which literally had 5 pieces of bell pepper, 3 pieces of onion, and 13 pieces (the largest was less than a cm²) of ground meat. What the hell are you doing? Here I am, topping my own pizza after paying €20.99 for it. For less than €4, I got a pizza bolognese at the Dr. Oetker supermarket. I thought there wasn't much on it, but APPARENTLY, it can be even less. I rarely order anything, only when I'm completely out of it. This almost makes me depressed. What scammers!

Ordered pizza online. Called to ask if they could only put very little cheese on it. Then the pizza was dripping with cheese. I called Nobelstraat Utrecht, and they refused to bring a new pizza and hung up on me. I'm officially filing a complaint with the head office tomorrow. The fact that they're busy isn't my problem.

Four of us ordered takeout food from there. The doner kebab was by far the worst I've ever tasted. The chicken was only partially crispy and had an above-average level of fat. The audacity began with the bread: They don't serve you flatbreads, but burger buns, which were also old and sticky. Last but not least, the salad was very soggy and took some getting used to. We took a quick bite of the doner kebabs and then had to throw them away. Even the dog, against his nature, didn't want to taste the meat. To all tourists and guests: If you're craving a doner kebab like we were, find another place.

I ordered food today, and after waiting over an hour and a half and calling several times, the food was delivered. Each time I called, I was told something different: it's busy, fries are in, they're on their way. And when they finally arrive, everything is cold. After contacting the owner, everything was resolved very efficiently. So that's worth mentioning.

Never order here! They don't show up and have a phone number that doesn't exist. Order via Uber Eats, but they will not help you in any way to get your money back

I've been ordering my sushi from Mr. Sushi Den Haag for years. The fish is always fresh, the rice is flavorful, and the rolls are tightly rolled. The inside-out specials are truly delicious, especially the soft-shell spicy tuna.

You guys better complain to the boss, it's so easy to give a bad review, I also had a complaint that was immediately resolved by the boss👍👍

It was cold when it was delivered to me and it took 1 hour to get to me

It is a nice restaurant and the food is delicious, fresh and crispy and they deliver on time.
