Got food poisoning after eating their pizza. Spent the night hovering over the toilet. After a few days, I still haven't regained my appetite. I filed a complaint with customer service, but I never heard back. What a terrible place. I'll never go back!
Ordered through Uber Eats, but they didn't show up. I called, and someone answered the phone blaming Uber Eats. They refused to deliver because it was too far (a 10-minute drive according to Google Maps). This restaurant doesn't do anything to keep customers happy. Just stop delivering if you don't want it.
The delivery was fast. The spareribs were ok. The fries are really bad. It seems like the fat is not replaced. Very greasy and disgusting, it makes you sick.
The pizza was undercooked in some places, there was literally no cheese on the pizza, you only eat the dough with minimal ingredients. The delivery time given by the application is 30 minutes, the actual time is around 45.
I had an unpleasant experience with Ms. Leng during my visit on 28 Nov 2025. Her attitude was rude and quite irritating, which made the environment uncomfortable not only for me but also for the other staff around her. It really affected the overall experience.
However, I want to highlight that the other staff members were absolutely excellent.
Ms Ezrah, Ms Mellody, Ms Chivany, and Mr Fros were all welcoming, friendly, and provided great customer service. They were professional and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
It’s unfortunate that one staff member can ruin the atmosphere, because the rest of the team is truly amazing.
The staff was completely clueless. If you ask for something, they either don't understand it or you get the wrong thing. And besides that, you can't understand anyone because they whisper. The food was fine, but it could be much better, and half of it was cold. I definitely wouldn't eat here.
I ordered a hair salon order, not a big one, but after 2 hours I still haven't received anything. I tried calling more than 20 times. The line is busy or rings, but no one takes any advice on this matter because this is simply not possible.
Overpriced and not worth it. Got ramen and it was just in a cup and put into a heating machine, it wasn't a freshly made one for that price. I've had better cup ramen for about ¥150 tbh. If it was about £4-6 euros I would say it's worth it with consideration that it would be at airport pricing, but it was around £19 euros... Staff busy talking to each other didn't seem too proactive with their customer service.
My first burger in the Netherlands and it was delicious and crispy. The staff was friendly and helped me with my choice, they gave me good advice. They support the festival.

Yesterday I got two scoops of ice cream and it was delicious. You can also enjoy a beer or something else on the patio... it looked nice inside... I hope business continues. A great addition to Molenhoek...
Waited almost 2 hours for a low quality kapsalon, even though the shop is less than 10 minutes away. Although this place is cheap don’t fall for the low prices. The quality and quantity is not great. Better go somewhere else if you are craving a kapsalon.
Ordered food via their website but never received the food. No contact whatsoever. Too bad because it seemed very tasty. :( Money gone.
Update; 16-6 got a response to my sent email, my order had come through while they were on vacation. Received my money back. I'm going to try to order again now.
