I had fries and milk shake, Open till late, Very fast and conveniet service, The lady at counter and everyone was very customer freindly. I like the fact that they greet people with a smile, it feels good bcoz I come from Asian country where we slways welcome guest with a smile. Food was worth the fee. Nice place to dine in.

Voor het eerst hier een hapje gaan eten. Niet de zoveelste pizzeria maar hele andere gerechten. We hebben hier geweldig lekker gegeten. Sfeervol restaurant, niet te groot maar gewoon gezellig. Buiten nog een terrasje deels overdekt. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Yesterday, we were introduced to restaurant Loca in the heart of Klarendal. It's a remarkable combination. A high-end restaurant in the middle of a working-class neighborhood. We sat down on the terrace, or rather, the sidewalk. And that was the only thing we could find to complain about. You have a wonderful view of the fat bikes, trash trucks, and other questionable people passing by. Anyway, we came for the food. And now for the good news: it was truly top-notch. Perhaps even close to a Michelin star. We opted for the five-course surprise menu, and it was an exceptionally pleasant surprise: daring combinations, deep and full flavors, and beautifully presented. The waitresses are charming, attentive, and helpful, ensuring a carefree evening. All in all, we've given it five stars. It's not cheap and perhaps not for everyone's budget, but you can enjoy a delicious meal there for a full evening. Even the beer menu has been carefully considered. Well done.

We always order these burgers via Uber Eats and they are consistently amazing! One of the best burgers in town.

Apricot was our first dining experience since we moved to Assen. The food was perfectly presented and beautifully presented. Pictures that tasted delicious. Highly recommended. But why should you have to be addressed informally by the staff, who are a third of your age? The explanations for the courses are largely incomprehensible due to the staff's background, and the lighting (mood lighting is nice, but substandard) makes it impossible to distinguish what's being served. The water tasted stale, and the fact that the wine bottles are held high by the neck is simply unacceptable. In short, the food is first-class, but adjustments would be welcome.

Super fast service. Attentive and friendly. The steak with peppercorn sauce was cooked to perfection. The salad was fresh, and the fries were crispy. Highly recommended.

It doesn't seem like a logical place for sushi, but it's absolutely amazing! Soft, flavorful, beautiful, and super fresh. Excellent.

I ate here as a pregnant vegetarian, and it was incredibly well-organized (reservations are required and must be made in advance!). I had delicious dishes that were barely distinguishable from those of my table companions. The non-alcoholic pairings were also fantastic. My table companions secretly even enjoyed one or two mocktails more than their wine! The service was also very friendly. The only caveat was that it was a bit long: we were there for four hours, but in return, we ate six courses and an amuse-bouche.
