I ordered food through Thuisbezorgd.nl | Order Food Online. I was called to say my food wasn't being brought upstairs. (The way he said hello was already with an attitude.) To which I replied that I was at home with my child and asked if he could bring it upstairs. The man immediately reacted angrily and rudely, "Hey listen, we don't bring food upstairs, or you have to pick it up downstairs or your food will be canceled." I said, "Why are you talking like that?" He told me I found it strange because I've ordered roti rolls before, and they've been delivered right to my door. I couldn't even finish my sentence, and the man hung up on me. I immediately called back because I couldn't believe he was being so rude. I said, "That's not the way to talk!" He then called me by my full first and last name, said, "Walo Japa Japa," and called me "Djoeka." I was so angry that I called my neighbor and went over there right away. (On my way to Shanta's Roti, I saw my order was canceled. I didn't receive or accept any food, of course.) I'm not going to let this go. I've never experienced anything like this before.

I was very disappointed with this cafeteria. The service was poor, the prices were very high compared to the quality of the food, and the staff didn't speak properly to customers. I didn't feel welcome at all.
Not at all satisfied, as the information hasn't been updated on Google Maps because the building is under construction. A 30-35 minute drive for nothing. Disappointed!! Please update your information. Thank you.
Ordered through Uber eats. Put in the instructions that I would meet in the lobby. I put in the instructions that I would have a red shirt and would be in the lobby.They were early and delivered it to the front desk but the app still showed it "on the way". After about 20 min beyond the estimated time I called and they told me it was at reception. (The app still showed it as ,"on the way" even though it had been delivered 30 minutes previously) By this time the pizza was stone cold and barely edible. They claimed they called me but I had no missed calls and I was getting text messages from Uber eats. To make matters worse, I ordered Coke Zero and the gave me Coke Classic which I can't drink so that was 5 euros literally down the drain. I called to complain and they were rude and kept hanging up. The pizza looked like it might have been good if it had been hot. Unless you are really desperate, avoid this place.
Avoid this place at all costs! The food is absolutely horrible. If you want to end up with food poisoning or diarrhea, this is the place to go. Otherwise, run away!"

We discovered this place by chance, but it's definitely worth it!

The staff is friendly and fast.
The prices are very fair compared to the Amsterdam average.
Poor service, more than an hour late, which meant breakfast was served and the letter that should have been included was missing, which indicated what it was for. Poor service.
