I've been waiting a hell of a long time for my chicken, honestly 50 minutes already… and this isn't the first time!

Bad service, waitress dropping knife down my leg. Awful burger, tasted like it was from a freezer and they charged 1€ extra for sauce in a burger! So had a burger without sauce. Chips weren’t included. It was tourist trap and the food was crap The waitress was on cloud nine, we asked in different languages for a beer and she acknowledged once she realised she forgot about us. I think she was away with the fairies.

They have the best sandwich kaassoufflé with peanutsauce I ever tasted! Eerlijk.

A terrible deal. I placed an order, paid for it, and it never arrived. When I asked for a refund, they gave me all sorts of excuses. They're thieves! That's an easy way to make money in the Netherlands.

Vegetarian food only, high prices, long waiting times (30 minutes).

Awful service, stood on their phones and chatting when we needed assistance. Food was not good at all and had to pay for basic condiments. No one asked us how the food was and if we needed anything. Horrendous experience as a couple visiting Amsterdam for the first time. Do not recommend.

I was so nervous ordering here based on all the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with the result! The pizza was done so fast that I had barely put on my shoes after ordering that it was ready to be picked up. It was nice and hot too when we arrived and still looked fresh, so it wasn't premade hours beforehand. The man who gave us our order was quite rude which was a little off-putting, but nonetheless he gave us the correct pizza we ordered. When we got home to eat, it was still nice and hot, and it tasted pretty great for my American pizza palette. We will certainly be ordering from this place when we are in the mood for pizza take-away. Bonus: we ordered online and got free garlic bread, so I recommend checking out the deals there!

Chicken burger still raw and cold, cheese not melted... hygiene very poor... see photos... better to go a few meters further in all directions there are several McDonald's branches.

Via Groupon hier terechtgekomen. Bij de aanschaf van de bon stond dat je alles van de kaart kon bestellen. Eenmaal daar aangekomen bleken er een hoop gerechten te zijn uitgesloten. En van de gerechten die je wel kon bestellen was meer dan de helft "op". We kwamen hier regelmatig toen het El Maestro was. Maar dit was schandalig en wij komen hier zeker nooit meer terug.

In my opinion, the only thing you absolutely must try here is the stroop waffles. They're so good, they make them piping hot, and they're incredibly delicious :)

Pizza never arrived, after 1:30 hours of waiting and after calling the store I got the answer that they don’t know what happened with my order and they don’t know what to do to help me. Had to cancel the order.

Delivery and service were fast and efficient, but the food was a disappointment! Come on! We paid almost €30 for a tough, cold, tasteless pizza and lukewarm pasta. The pizza arrived in a damaged box with half the pizza stuck together. Definitely not recommended. Especially not after a busy day when all you want is a delicious meal… a real waste of money!

You can't even choose from more than half the menu, so you finally opted for nasi satay and saoto. Payment can be made with cash or a tikkie, which is a bit vague. The nasi was subpar and the saoto was simply spoiled! And there were pieces of döner in it instead of regular chicken?? This place is a real disaster and should be closed down. Don't waste your time, money, or appetite here.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. We were a small group with a bill of €37 and asked to split the payment between two cards, but the staff refused. At first, we were told they only accepted cash, which was already frustrating since we didn’t have any. Then, we were asked to pay half in cash, half by card — a strange and inconvenient request. When we explained that we only had cards, the staff became visibly annoyed and quite rude. There was no attempt to explain the policy politely or accommodate us in any way. Once we finally managed to pay, the server walked off without a single “thank you” or even a basic apology for the inconvenience or attitude. The whole interaction left a really bad impression. I would not return or recommend this place based on the way we were treated. Don't recommend
