De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

I never say stuff like this but it was gross. I thought I was gone get food poisoning from this overpriced half baked slice of pizza.

Well, the atmosphere is nonexistent, the person is very unhappy. And the food is just plain awful. And the price is really unbelievable: €9.50 for a durum.

I ate the beefburger last Saturday. The burger was way too raw, but I was chatting pleasantly and didn't pay attention to it. A few hours later, I felt nauseous and threw up during the night. The next morning, I did it again and had zero energy throughout the day. I tried calling them on a number listed on the Villa ArenA website, but the phone is not being answered. Very poor service, because you would actually say that the 22.50 for the beefburger should be refunded. I was sick all Sunday.

Worst waffle in my life. Tried it 8 years ago, but still remember how bad it was. Everything looks great and glazed on the showcase, but they will give you the driest waffle you can imagine.

I waited 1.5 hours, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting, the chicken was also inedible, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, yuck when I called about it I got extra fries with the next order, what do you think I will never order here again, crazy stuff, yuck I strongly advise against it if you want to save your tongue and your stomach

One day we order, the pizza came immediately and was good. The other day we order the pizza never came, the shop closed and we lost 2h of vacation...if you plan to order from here you better take it from the shop, don't risk it with delivery.

The server was very funny and friendly. The waffles were absolutely delicious. It's very sweet and best served with cream to balance the flavours. It's the perfect dessert.

Cold food is what they serve customers here; apologies are offered and it is said to be passed on, but well, you get so little for your money, it has to be fast, fast, fast, and expensive.

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Waited for more than 2.5 hours for my food, only for it to arrive cold, soggy, and a solid block of mush. Completely inedible. Judging by other reviews, this is a reoccurring experience for others as well, clearly they don’t care about quality or customers. I would definitely not recommend to order from here.

Absolutely not a cozy place to sit and eat, the staff doesn't know what you're asking or saying and the food is really not tasty, soggy fries and very hard chicken pieces. Yuck...

We ordered just before 1:00 AM, and the food simply wasn't delivered. We couldn't call because they were closed. We paid, but there was no food in sight.

They kept me waiting for 4 hours for my food. When I had no other choice but to cancel my order, as they obviously were just unable to fulfill it, I still got charged 20 euros for the food, which I am now unable to get back. Robbery.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! We waited 2.5 hours, called three times in total, and each time they said they were on their way. We asked for a refund, and they just hung up. And calling back is pointless, because they just turned the phone off. There goes my money, I'm really angry!

Everything looks amazing, the strawberries with cream and chocolate are simply delicious. As for the price, I thought it was reasonable. €17 for a huge cup of chocolate-covered strawberries and a brownie with a Milka cookie.

The food was not great, ordered 2 margherita pizzas and got cheese only instead, we had to ask for the pizzas to be cut into slices. And of course the card reader didn’t work with 3 different cards tried - they called the manager to ask and we had to give them cash. We only had US dollars and they overestimated the cost, we used our own calculation in the end. They were very polite through all this, but don’t go!
