I ordered a pizza via Thuisbezorgd. After half an hour, I received a notification that it would be delivered soon, but it ended up taking an hour and a half. I had called, and I was told he was leaving in a few minutes. I didn't receive my food until half an hour later. I think there is way too much cheese on it; I asked for extra tomato sauce, but there was hardly any on it. Very disappointing, but I don't think I will order again.

I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. However, today I encountered a disagreement with a younger staff member regarding the size of my ice cream order. As you can see in the attached photograph, the portion on the left side of the image, which is mine, contains two scoops of ice cream, while the portion on the right side, which belongs to my friend, contains only one scoop. Despite this discrepancy, I was charged double the price for my order. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff member on duty, they responded in a sarcastic manner, stating that the size of my order was the standard portion. Given my history as a loyal customer, I found it concerning that the establishment was unusually empty during my visit, which is in contrast to its typical bustling atmosphere.

I ordered pizza from this restaurant, but the first time the pizza was burnt, really like charcoal. I contacted them, they apologized and sent a new pizza, with extra fries and an extra cola. Their service was really top-notch, and I really appreciate their effort.

I had asked for a wrap without onions because I am allergic to them, and my wrap was full of them :((

Top zaak, per toeval hier terecht gekomen bij een zoektocht om iets te eten alvorens naar een concert te gaan in de Ziggodome. Vriendelijke uitbater, top service en hele lekkere burgers met verse ingrediënten. Aanrader als je in de buurt bent en een snelle hap voor concert nodig hebt.
