I'll never come here for food again. Don't even bother adding too many words. Realize that this is the surprise of coming home, even though you're not from Amsterdam. Do you think you'll get crap food in a village outside Amsterdam? For the price, I have to accept THIS? You've really gone downhill. Looks like someone already ate from that container.

Really delicious pizzas! Plenty of toppings, lots of cheese, and friendly staff. I've ordered and had them delivered several times, but the staff in the store are also very friendly. You can watch them make the pizzas in the store, which I really appreciate. They often deliver within 20 minutes, but I only live 5 minutes from the store.

The food was good, but we waited for over 3 hours (!!) to get our delivery. Called multiple times and every time they said they "just finished preparing" our food and were waiting for the delivery guy. No compensation whatsoever. Not worth the wait.

I've been ordering here for years and I don't recognize anything about it. The food has indeed become more expensive, but it's always delicious and the delivery is fast. Every now and then, it's a bit less, but that's about it. The people are friendly and hardworking. I'm happy with it. I don't know what the atmosphere is like at the company. I ordered a pizza through Thuisbezorgd. After half an hour, I received a message that it would be delivered soon, but it actually took an hour and a half. I called and was told he'd be leaving in a few minutes. I didn't get my food until half an hour later. I thought there was way too much cheese on it. I asked for extra tomato sauce, but there was almost none. It's a shame, but I don't think I'll order again.

I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. However, today I encountered a disagreement with a younger staff member regarding the size of my ice cream order. As you can see in the attached photograph, the portion on the left side of the image, which is mine, contains two scoops of ice cream, while the portion on the right side, which belongs to my friend, contains only one scoop. Despite this discrepancy, I was charged double the price for my order. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff member on duty, they responded in a sarcastic manner, stating that the size of my order was the standard portion. Given my history as a loyal customer, I found it concerning that the establishment was unusually empty during my visit, which is in contrast to its typical bustling atmosphere.

The food was delicious, it was cozy. The stools and tables were a great idea.

Very overpriced. €44 for soup and padthai and fishcakes and two drinks. Total €10 more than menu listed. Had to pash cash and no receipt given, which is inappropriate.

Things have gone downhill. There are new ones at the snack bar now. Today I was faced with a closed door.

I recently visited Wok & Roll in Amsterdam twice during my trip, and it was an absolute delight both times! The food was incredibly delicious, with flavors that truly stood out. The dishes were perfectly prepared, fresh, and bursting with taste. The experience was so enjoyable that I’m already looking forward to dining here again the next time I’m in Amsterdam.
