We got a number of sandwiches for lunch, including the cheese onion sandwich. All the rolls were extremely old, making them very dry and inedible. We had to throw everything away after two bites.
Terrible experience. We went in the afternoon for two drinks, and the waitress informed us they were closing soon, giving us only 20 minutes to finish. Just as our drinks were served, one of the waitresses started shouting and making exaggerated gestures behind the counter. About 30 seconds later, she went from table to table, telling everyone they were kicking us out because they were past closing time and should have closed 20 minutes ago. Extremely poor manners from the staff, which, in my opinion, really damages the brand’s image due to the poor service. I wouldn’t return to a Starbucks, despite usually enjoying it, because of attitudes like this.
I generally avoid frozen pizza crusts, but I like this one. Might be because I like crunchier pizzas in general. The dips are also good if you are into that. My personal favourite is Gorgonzola. This is not a typical Italian pizza, but it is one step better from the big pizza chains, at least the ones in Amsterdam.
EDIT: For some reason I thought it was frozen, but probably I was wrong. Gorgonzola and Margherita were alright.
They were very nice to me and colleagues, but not to people of color. Not okay. I got “you” and “sir”, but the dark woman next to me who also seemed a little older…was “you” and not a pleasant tone.
Pretty crazy.
Too busy acting like gangsters than provide customer service. I came to buy a slice of pizza to take away, the girl touched the slice to put it to warm up, then touched the calculator, the pin terminal and then took the slice all with bare hands. I dared to ask for take away and for some napkins, which I reckon it requires huge labour so her exasperation was legit, I guess. The slices apparently are not on in the system so they won’t give a receipt, don’t bother to ask or expect to be heavily cussed at. Y’all are not paid enough to give this kind of bad service. Is just pizza.
Beautiful venue. Service is just weird, we did not even took our jackets out and they came for our order but then when asked for something, they are barely supportive.
I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. However, today I encountered a disagreement with a younger staff member regarding the size of my ice cream order. As you can see in the attached photograph, the portion on the left side of the image, which is mine, contains two scoops of ice cream, while the portion on the right side, which belongs to my friend, contains only one scoop. Despite this discrepancy, I was charged double the price for my order. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff member on duty, they responded in a sarcastic manner, stating that the size of my order was the standard portion. Given my history as a loyal customer, I found it concerning that the establishment was unusually empty during my visit, which is in contrast to its typical bustling atmosphere.
I have been ordering my food here for a few years now. Service always top notch. Delivery drivers do their best to deliver food hot and on time. If something is possible earlier or desired a little later. Always call and usually if it is not busy it will be arranged. In terms of food, the quality of the food has improved. Mainly the pizza🍕 wedges and hot wings. Because I usually order that one.
The burgers themselves are also delicious. Ate a few times
But not my thing. Prefer the pizza🍕. They are made carefully. Definitely recommended. It is a takeaway for people who don't know.
We waited very long for our food to arrive, called three times and they said every time it’s ten minutes away. The food was cold and net very tasteful. The flavors were bland. I would not recommend.
