The pancakes were tasty, but it was dirty inside; everything was sticky and there was filth on the floor. The staff didn't seem very enthusiastic either….
I had to wait two hours for fries that weren't even warm enough.
When I ordered, it was supposed to take 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it took longer, and you can't just walk away; the children were hungry. It turned out they had four sick staff members. It happens, but they didn't adapt well. 50-60 people in line with unrealistic expectations. If they knew this, they could turn around and find something else.
It is an exceptionally clean place with polite service (young man), a view over the shopping street (angled position, hence), and very neatly served fries and the like 👌
Order inside yourself. It's fine, as there's limited room for staff. The location is great. Prices are sometimes absurdly high, even for this day and age (Weihen Stephaner for €8.80 is ridiculously expensive).
First time ordering here. The food itself was actually quite tasty, but I ended up with severe food poisoning. I really haven't been this sick from food in years.
Very bad
If you pick up there it's okay
But the food delivery is very poor
Too bad
I threw it all away after two bites, I've never had it this bad before
Sorry
Absolutely awful! I strongly advise against coming here. Don't make the mistake of trying this! It's not barbecue, it's deep-fried, and the food is stale. People with sensitive stomachs should definitely avoid it.
We placed an order: 2 chicken steaks, 1 Ardennes platter, and 1 special shawarma sandwich. We had to wait outside for almost an hour. Then, when we got home, they had rung up the shawarma platter... we mentioned the order twice, so you assume they would do it right. The food, on the contrary, was really good, which made it slightly less bad.
