Had dinner here with family on Boxing Day. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent.

No. This wasn't it. I was the only one in the store.

Lovely trees and lighting, the service is very good and friendly, especially clear about everything. The food is perfect; I think the waffles are the best I've ever had in a restaurant.

The food didn't show up. I called several times, but they don't answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

Bel Pizza has become very good, but I ordered a pizza just before closing time on a Wednesday evening. I politely asked about the sizes and prices and asked if they had chicken or kebab, and the man on the phone suddenly said, "Yeah, you don't know what you want, so we're closed now," even though I clearly made my choice: BBQ chicken 45cm. I was able to place one last quick order for a 45cm pizza, but this man decided to lose a loyal customer and the company's money. I will continue ordering, hoping that this man will be addressed.

In a word, fantastic. Friendly service and definitely good food. Fantastic!!!!

It also happens in other countries now in the Mall! Close the doors of Starkbuck! Boycott Israel by not giving them ammunition so they can't kill innocent children! This action would earn you a lot of credits!

The most disgusting pizzeria I have ever been to. We walked in and the only free table was filthy — crumbs, sauce, sticky mess everywhere. The staff clearly didn’t care. I had to clean the table myself because no one bothered to do their job. Then it got even worse. We ordered two pizzas: • one with BBQ sauce, chicken, and bacon • and one with tomato sauce, salami, and cheese What we got was a complete joke: a pizza with BBQ sauce, salami, and cheese — not what we ordered and another with tomato sauce, chicken, and bacon — also not what we ordered I’m not even talking about the crust — it was almost burnt, thin like cheap flatbread. And instead of remaking the order properly, they just threw a sauce in a plastic cup. What was I supposed to do with that? Spread it with my finger? Only after I got angry, my husband ordered me a new pizza — and surprise, a different person actually managed to make a normal one. But my husband still had to eat his, and he said the BBQ–salami pizza was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total failure.

Unfortunately, it's permanently closed so no more pizza for my family unless we want to drive and spend a lot of money on gas :(

Horrible !! We wanted coffee .. the server decided to order drip coffee on our behalf without asking us and when we actually ordered an espresso and an Americano he got upset and said we cannot change order . And then proceeded to raise his voice and yell loudly . The manager looked clueless and had no idea how to tackle his employee when we complained. Just avoid this place and make sure you never get served by this particular server .

The food is always delivered 30 minutes late. The butter chicken is way too sweet, but the white rice is good. And the biryani is way too spicy, so spicy that it gave us stomach aches. The portions are reasonable for the price, though. It would be better if the food were packed in cardboard containers, because both times I ordered, my food arrived in white plastic containers, which were half-melted, and you could taste it. The taste wasn't exactly pleasant :(

We came here with our family and were very pleased with the service. The waitress spoke Russian and immediately offered us a high chair for the child and took our order. She brought our drinks very quickly. The main courses were also prepared and served quickly. Everything was quite tasty, but the menu wasn't varied. It was a very small menu. And in my opinion, the prices were a bit high 😇

What terrible service! We ordered food at 3:15 PM because we wanted it delivered at 6:00 PM, but it finally arrived at 7:05 PM, and the order was wrong. A large piece of spareribs was completely greasy, so it had to go straight in the trash! The fries, which hadn't been delivered for an hour, were delivered after delivery and were undercooked and soggy. I used to order often and was very satisfied, but the quality has seriously deteriorated!
