I went to eat here alone. The food was very tasty; I particularly liked the smoky flavor. However, there is a standard selection you get. It wasn't convenient that I was alone because I couldn't finish it. It was my choice to go alone, so that is why it doesn't influence the review. The place looked cozy and the staff member was friendly and helpful. This is ideal for more than 2 people!

Delicious fries and peanut sauce

A simple, old-fashioned Chinese restaurant, but with so much pure nostalgia and warmth that you'll want to return: a true gem! Excellent food and drinks for far too little money. The incredibly friendly service and the owner, who puts his heart and soul into it, almost make you feel guilty.

I visited this restaurant about four weeks ago. Unfortunately, during my visit, I observed several issues that gave me cause for concern regarding hygiene. During my visit, I saw multiple flies in the restaurant. I also saw flies flying from the restaurant into the kitchen, in the area where food was prepared and stored. I found this concerning and it gave me a personally unpleasant feeling. I want to emphasize that the owner made a friendly and hospitable impression on me. That is precisely why I find it regrettable that I experienced this situation during my visit. I hope that the owner takes this feedback seriously and has the hygiene in the restaurant and kitchen thoroughly inspected, and implements improvements where necessary. A clean and hygienic environment is important for guest confidence. I have also made my concerns regarding what I observed during my visit known to the Municipality of Asten. I sincerely hope that something will be done about this, because otherwise, I experienced the owner's hospitality as positive.

Very uninterested employees, you get helped late

Completely renovated and definitely a success, super hygienic, a nice place to sit to eat and drink, and everyone is customer-friendly; I will definitely give this a chance, it was delicious!!!

Served by a nice lady, but the Gyros was inedible, lots of hard pieces and, above all, tasteless. I got 3 Gyros sandwiches with 1 container of tzatziki for 35.60, but for this price you should expect quality. I won't be coming back here, hence 1 star.

Sold me OFF meat DONT GO HERE! When my friend went to pay they told her it was old prices on the menu it was obviously so they didnt have to give her change. ROBBERS!

A cozy atmosphere, very tasty food, and friendly service

I contacted Yoshi today because, unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of my poké bowl. Despite this, I would actually like to leave a positive review regarding the way my complaint was handled. I was assisted by an incredibly friendly employee. She remained calm, polite, and respectful throughout the entire conversation and communicated very clearly. After consulting with her supervisor, she informed me that I could get my money back. I found the way this was handled very professionally. Of course, a complaint can always occur, but the way it is handled really makes the difference for me. As far as I am concerned, this employee is an asset to Yoshi. Compliments on her customer friendliness and professionalism!

Always delicious and a great delivery driver (Salah)

Very disappointing experience at New York Pizza Soest. I have been a regular customer for 2 to 3 years and order regularly, but the way I was treated this time was truly unacceptable. I called to order, but the employee hung up without explanation. I called back several times and received no answer. That is why I drove to the branch. When I explained what had happened, I was treated unkindly and was literally told that I should just order pizza somewhere else. I understand that it can be busy, but that is not how you treat customers, especially not a regular customer. My children love New York Pizza, but after this experience, I will never order here again. It is a shame, because I had a good experience with you for years.

Firstly, the prices are far too high for the poor quality… A chocolate “pancake” at €12/13 with no flavor or anything… Same for the so-called bacon bagel when there was no bacon… In short, very disappointed.
