Quite place compared to the other restaurants around, which is nice if you are not interested in loud music on a weekend. Food and drinks are average, the espresso martini 🍸 was sweet. Staff was helpful. It has nice view

Where do I begin? What a fantastic place! The service and hospitality are truly outstanding. I come here with a friend after every NEC match, and the food never disappoints. In short, a top-notch place for a greasy meal.

Ordered two kapsalons and one pizza. The meat from both kapsalons was freezing cold!!! Queens isn't what it used to be, which is a shame.

I think it was busy today, I've been sitting for almost 1.5 hours, you take a heap of fries, under the meat it's not cooked and just too dirty to eat so straight into the bin, very unfortunate

It's a shame you have to wait two and a half hours for your order, and they don't answer the phone in the meantime. Unfortunately, it's also not the first time they've arrived hours later than agreed. When we finally managed to reach them by phone, we canceled the food. Just as we were about to leave to eat somewhere else, they rang the doorbell and we still got our food, even after we said we'd canceled it. Ultimately, it was handled properly, but it's still the last time we'll order from them.

What a shame. The food arrived after an hour and a half and fell out of the paper bag because it was soaked. Well, then you think, "This doesn't feel right." Once inside, the granddaughter's bitterballen were squashed, and a corner of the hair salon was completely dented. And the fries were cold, of course. The dish was also just cold meat. We live in the countryside, but if you get cold food for €50, I find that unacceptable.

The pizzas are generally delicious, though sometimes they're not baked through. But with every order, they forget at least one item. Orders placed in addition to the pizzas are ALWAYS forgotten upon delivery, even though you pay for them. This has happened 11 times now.

On December 20th, my husband and I were sitting at the long table near the restrooms. There were about four other guests in the restaurant who had already been served drinks. The young man taking orders simply ignored us. He walked past us and out. He walked back without looking at us and lingered at the bar. I tried to make eye contact, but it seemed as if we didn't exist. He clearly wasn't interested. It took about 15 minutes for him to come over. I said to him, "Did you really not see us or did you not want to see us?" The young man simply looked at me but didn't answer my question. We found that very strange. We quickly left after our drinks and payment.

I ordered an hour ago at 6:45 PM, which was the expected delivery time. Now it's 8:04 PM and they still haven't arrived! I'm going to demand a refund. It's a shame it has to be this way.

Ordered late at night. Food arrived hot. Received saltless fries, not even at the hair salon. Kapsalon meat had a lot of fat and seasoning was moderate. Would happily order from other chains again.
