Friendly delivery person, nice and warm, didn't expect it on January 1st. Tasty, good price.

I ate here again yesterday and got food poisoning. I'm not bashing them, as I eat there often, but this was a truly intense night of vomiting. Never again for me.

Great place, delicious food, friendly people

The fact that this Febo is closed probably has something to do with the unfriendly older woman who was in charge! She didn't greet either her staff or customers. Instead, she simply said, "I'm welcome to say so."

They sell döner made from the lowest quality minced meat. After a few bites, you'll feel a burning sensation in your stomach. There are Turkish businesses in the city center that sell real, high-quality döner, but they sell it expensively. High quality, but expensive.

Despite the weather conditions and the fact that it took a little longer, I still think it was good service, respect for the delivery person who still brings your order warm in all weather conditions.

I walked in at 4:53 PM for one drink but wasn't helped. You're open, so you're supposed to help people.

The fries were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The order was ready quickly and was delicious! I would definitely come back!

I'd already ordered, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere: the floor was dirty and greasy, the tables dirty and greasy. It seemed like the extractor fan wasn't on or wasn't working properly. (It was actually blue at one point.) My clothes smelled strongly of deep-fried food from just being in there for a short time. The food was good, though!

I'm not complaining at all, but the service here is so bad, unfortunately. I ordered fries and a snack three times. One of which was fries with ketchup for €3.85. I thought it was strange that they re-fried the leftover fries from a previous order. When I opened the bag, there were even fewer fries in it than a small portion at any other snack bar. When I showed them, the man and woman were very snappy and said there might be more in another container and we should share it. They had no intention of adding any extra fries. The other containers had a little more, but still very few. You could see the bottom of the container. This also made the fries lukewarm. And the cardboard containers the fries come in were soggy and wet. I'm never coming back here.

By service, I also mean the hygiene of the restroom: appalling and far below par. So dirty! And I'm not even talking about the fact that it wasn't cleaned yesterday. Embarrassingly filthy!

What a terrible experience. Doner kebab was incredibly soft, the fries weren't cooked through, and the pizza wasn't either. I ordered €70 and threw it all away!

Food was cold and tasted disgusting

The staff isn't interested and prefers to chat. The wrong pizza was delivered or made, so I paid way too much again—not for the first time. As compensation, I'll probably get another email with a 10% discount. I won't be going back; something always happens. It's nice that you're commenting below, but I didn't get any response on that site after reporting it either.

Today I ordered a burger, inedible, cold fries, tasteless, I live less than 5 minutes away and then waited another half hour for the order and then it was cold, shame on you, never again a waste of your money, not even 23 euros for paid, bad, bad delivery
