Delicious food again. We like coming here because there is enough tasty food for everyone and we don't hear any complaints that they don't like something. Friendly staff and their new interior and adjustments are certainly an improvement. And when you have eaten out, there is a games room in the basement, including air hockey and a cinema.

Rijsttafel (rice table) cost around 99 euros for Boxing Day. Tough beef, tough babi pangang. All in all, a lot of money for very mediocre food. The woman on the phone was very friendly, but we won't be eating here again. It was pretty awful.

Leuke plek voor een gezellig familie-onderonsje met de kinderen. Eerst midgetgolf, wat altijd leuk i, s en daarna pannekoeken eten. Zeer uitgebreide kaart met heerlijke pannekoeken. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de bediening vlot.

The coffee at Starbucks is always delicious! They have a wide selection of tasty specials that surprise you every time. A nice place to recharge and enjoy a good cup of coffee! Especially in the fall, the Pumpkin Spice is my favorite — such a nice, warm flavor that fits the season perfectly. It's a shame that Starbucks is often a bit pricey, but the quality and atmosphere make it worth it for me.

An honest little place, with a decent toasted sandwich, but nothing more or less than that. Perfectly fine for a quick, affordable breakfast.

I had made a reservation with a friend for 7:00 PM for a nice dinner. It took 5-10 minutes for someone to come over to us (only after a table inside pointed out to the staff that we wanted attention). After asking if we could see the wine or drinks menu, we were told, "Are you guys going to order a whole bottle of wine then?" She then came over with just the wine list and looked very surprised when we ordered a bottle of wine. 30 minutes later, we still hadn't been able to order food or received our wine. At the same table inside, the staff pointed out again that we wanted attention. The lady walked out (without wine) and said, "Sorry it's taking a bit longer," we had passed on our food order, and she disappeared again. ANOTHER 15 minutes later, we still hadn't seen any drinks, so we eventually just left. When we went inside to let them know we were leaving because it was taking so long to even get a drink, the lady said, “Oh, but I’ve already passed the food on to the kitchen,” and found it very strange that we weren’t very happy after waiting 45 minutes for our drinks. Worst service, or actually no service at all, I have ever had.

Ordered on January 13, the sandwiches are not even cooked, really bad service, always Hamstraat specific

The portions are tasty but very small. I had one single truffle burger, one Philly steak sandwich, and one portion of buffalo fries, and I wasn't full. It's far too little for nearly €50.

The food was decent, but very unfriendly and complaining. They wanted cash so it was nice and dirty money. You also had to pay for prawn crackers, but I didn't, so I got them anyway. A very uninviting and completely uninviting place. You won't see me there again.

Strange situation. When you call, the girl indicates she is transferring you to the “right” franchise, even though they are that franchise themselves. Then they just hang up instead of transferring you. When you call back, you are put on hold for 15 minutes, and if you try with another phone, they don't even answer. Very sad. Give your employees the proper training or close your franchise, because this is truly ridiculous.

We took the churros and threw them all in the trash, the taste was terrible.

I eat there sometimes, the food is very good. It's a shame they don't offer delivery anymore, though. I used to order from them often. Very convenient for work and one of the better ones in the area. They also have healthier options, and they're fast. They're still listed on Thuisbezorgd or on their website, but then you only get a takeaway option. Such a shame.
