I ordered an hour and a half in advance and it was supposed to arrive at 6:30, but nothing. At 7:00, when I called, they were there within 10 minutes. The food was still cold, and then you pay 15 euros for cold food. It was truly disgusting.
Order food they made me wait for 2 hours, the restaurant never picked up the phone or replied back, finally i could cancel the order and at least i got my money back, unfortunately i can't give a 0
What a disappointment! Last Monday, I ordered donuts from this kiosk. We looked in the display case, which seemed quite empty, but on the screen where we ordered, almost everything was still available. After ordering, the girl called out to us that some donuts were no longer available. So we told her that everything on the screen was still available. The girl replied, "Yes, we have a new system." That's complete nonsense, because these ordering kiosks have been there for ages. And then suddenly you've ordered eight donuts, but there's only a few to choose from... We asked if we could get a refund. The only way to get a refund was to write my IBAN number on the receipt and leave it there. Of course, there was the risk that it wouldn't be used or the receipt would get lost, leaving you with no leg to stand on. Ultimately, I took the donuts, but you won't see me here again. Also, a tip for people reading these reviews: first check the display case to see if the flavors you want are actually there!
I have never left a negative review before, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it with others.
When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. The woman working there told us it had been full just moments earlier, which felt difficult to believe. The toilet was very dirty, parts of the floor were sticky, and the overall hygiene standards seemed very low.
The soup my friend ordered was extremely spicy but had almost no flavor. The spring rolls tasted like frozen products (which the owner later confirmed), and my curry was bland with overcooked chicken. The food was definitely not worth the price.
When we politely explained that we were unhappy with the food, the conversation became tense and unpleasant. In the end, we received only a small discount and decided to pay just to avoid further conflict.
I also found it confusing that the restaurant name on the sign was different from the one on the receipt.
I will never go back there again!
Hunger forced us to stop at this "place" inside Keukenhof... A disaster. You order at a counter, and then collect it using the number provided when you order. The menus are posted on the wall behind the cashiers, but the ingredients in the various dishes aren't clearly indicated (for example, "penne pasta Bolognese," which contained mushrooms and pesto, oh well). Furthermore, the waiters don't understand English (or at least the ones we interacted with). The prices are absurd (as in many places), but they don't justify the quality and service offered. Finally, many people come in just to sit down and refuel after their stroll in the field, reducing the seating for those who buy "food" from the "restaurant." This situation doesn't interest anyone; the important thing is to charge a lot of money at unreasonable prices for low-quality ingredients.
We're quietly waiting for our pizzas when we hear someone isn't wearing a work shirt because it's just been washed. This employee only has one shirt and apparently works four days a week. The manager asks if she wants another work shirt. She agrees. The manager says, "€12.50 will be deducted from your wages, damn it. I think that's strange. You should be glad you have employees. I think as a company, you should provide the clothing yourself instead of your own staff having to work for it. It's a really strange, tense atmosphere there, and these kinds of things are discussed in the office, not on the shop floor."
