De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

Haven't had lunch in such a beautiful setting in a long time. With the €9.50 Social Deal, it was absolutely AMAZING. Oh, they do speak English in 'Ons Huis'... well, Amsterdam, right?

I found this bakery through ToGoodToGo. And I've been coming here regularly ever since for cheese, bread, and other goodies. The people are passionate about their business and always up for a friendly chat.

I ended up here for an amateur darts tournament organized by Revolver Darts. It was a very busy event, and with only three boards to play on, it was a bit of a squeeze. The venue is practically laid out. The bar area takes up about 50% of the space, and the playing area the other 50%. The ladies' restrooms are clean because they use a key that you hand in at the bar. Drinks are priced competitively. I didn't order any food myself, but I did smell some very pleasant aromas at the end of the evening, so I would definitely consider ordering something next time. Spring rolls were also being served throughout the evening, unfortunately, even before I arrived. The atmosphere in the café is good, and security is well-maintained. There are plenty of signs warning people not to use drugs, as there are consequences. This gives you the impression that they're paying close attention to this. It's definitely a place I'd like to revisit in the future.

Extremely extremely salty burgers. Not sure if it was a mistake, because my tongue felt ‘numb’ from eating that burger. Couldnt even finish my burger. Not exaggerating. Very unfortunate. Fries were good though.

It's because I have to play darts there, but the pub itself isn't my thing. He does have a nice owner, though.

The food is alright for a standard Toko but the price point doesn’t make sense to me. You can get a much better deal with larger portion and better flavor across the canal at Sumatra.

Unfriendly service. I just came in for a quick pickup and was rudely dismissed because my small, leashed dog wasn't allowed inside, not even at the pickup point. No understanding, no customer service. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be common. I won't be back.

I went here late on a Sunday evening few minutes before the store was about to close and bought an aardbei (strawberry) cake. And i must admit that was the best cake I have had in Amsterdam. It was fresh, soft and delicious. It was a pure coincidence that i found this store, but now they have become one of my favourites.

Fantastic location. The food could really be more exciting. And they certainly could. So, let's go.

I really like the new look of the bar and the fact that they have a more wide and varied food menu. The prices are also very student friendly and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming!! My highlights are the Guinness and the Quesadillas

Highly recommending to eat here (as a tourist especially). Wonderful food, price and plate ratio.

Went 2 weeks ago and tbh the biscuits was nice till i saw a black long hair in it, that put me off big time. Sorry when a see a hair its a BIG NO NO for me, you should be more carful if you have long hair, if you cant handle your hair whilst baking then please COVER it up.
