After a long stroll through the streets of Amsterdam, we stopped at this place, which was still preparing for dinner. It was 3:30 pm. They seated us and gave us a warm welcome. The pizza and pasta were truly excellent and unexpected. Many thanks to the restaurant staff. We highly recommend it! There were 4 of us!
People were nice and the food was good, but I just ordered for 20€ and wanted to wash my hands, I have to pay 50 cents :/ think of something else for that
Unfortunately, this restaurant is permanently closed, we went to have a look and we were very saddened by the sad sight of the completely disappeared restaurant. We have always had a very tasty and enjoyable meal here and the owner was always very friendly. We wish her all the best from here too.
A few days ago, we got pom and pastie. The pom was absolutely inedible, the tayer tasted raw, with a sharp vinegary tang. Furthermore, the pastie was very salty!
As a true pop music fan, I like almost all pom, but not this time!
Kong Esi Baka should change its name to "no prakseer fu kong Baka" (don't practice coming back)!
This authentic restaurant has a relaxed vibe and has an intimate warm atmosphere. We felt positively spoiled and recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try original cuisine from Nigeria.
There's no seating for people with mobility issues. Only bar stools.
You get absolutely zero service if you want a drink there. No saucer under your cup, your sandwich in a bag on the counter. They don't even bring anything. They're curt.
They're also rude to their customers, for no reason.
The sandwich that was in the oven for my mother, who was really hungry, was given to another customer. Ours had to be cut in half so she could take half home. They simply denied that we agreed to that. When I brought it up again, they laughed in my face. Sometimes I wonder if companies have too many customers or something. 🤔
I used to go there regularly and put a lot of money into this place, but they've gone downhill fast. Next time, I'll have coffee elsewhere. 👋🏿👋🏿👋🏿
I love coming here for the coffee, which is really good! Unfortunately, the chairs aren't very comfortable, and the other offerings are a bit disappointing. Most snacks and pastries are prepackaged and quite expensive, and the "goodies" like croissants are out in the open, so they don't always look fresh. It's fine for a quick coffee, but for true relaxation, I'll look for somewhere else.
Nice place for lunch, clean and with a good atmosphere. The barista, Sasha, is friendly and served us well. The pastrami sandwich is highly recommended!
Extremely good vegan chicken sandwich, get it with chili oil! Companion had the meatball truffle and said it was delicious! Forgot to take pics, but messy and good!
