Het 6-gangen verrassingsmenu was van begin tot eind een feest voor de zintuigen. Elk gerecht was een kunstwerk op zich: creatief, uitgebalanceerd en met oog voor detail gepresenteerd. De magie ontstaat door het perfecte samenspel tussen eigenaresse Judith Lindelauf en haar man, die als chef in de keuken de sterren van de hemel kookt. Samen vormen ze een droomteam dat gastvrijheid en gastronomie tot in de puntjes beheerst. Judith zorgt voor een warme ontvangst en persoonlijke aandacht aan tafel, terwijl haar man in de keuken zorgt voor pure smaaksensaties. De wijn-spijscombinaties verdienen een aparte vermelding: werkelijk uitmuntend! Elke wijn tilt het gerecht naar een hoger niveau, met verrassende keuzes die perfect aansluiten op de smaken op het bord. Hier spreekt vakmanschap én passie uit. De sfeer in het restaurant is intiem, stijlvol en tegelijkertijd huiselijk. Je voelt je welkom vanaf het eerste moment, en dat gevoel blijft tot de laatste slok van het dessertwijntje. Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor fijnproevers die zich willen laten verrassen en verwennen. Hofferkeukens Wine & Dine is een parel waar gastronomie en gastvrijheid samenkomen. The best coffee in the world with the friendliest service!

UPDATE 18-07-25 There's been a new owner for a while now. Doortje sold it. The kibbeling (fried fish) isn't as good as it used to be, unfortunately. It's often a bit tougher, drier, and seems less fresh. It's "okay" now. The fries, on the other hand, used to be "okay" at Doortje's, but are now very tasty! The food is ready a bit faster, which is a plus, but maybe it's pre-fried or something!? There are also more seats and it's a bit more inviting. So we'll be back for the fries, but unfortunately not for the fish anymore 😔

Super good ice cream, with delicious flavors, where the filling of that ice cream is not too stingy. Really recommended if you are in the area.

Surprised by the ingredients from the local food forest. The chef carefully crafted the flavors, complementing the taste of the wines. Served in a clean glass. (That's not always the case.) A wonderful place to remember.

Came here recently on my trip to Amsterdam, and was treated with the loveliest service ive ever had to be honest. You can get lunch, coffee, merch soooo many hot sauces and even a tattoo. The lady downstairs in the shop was very nice and accommodating to myself and my friends, they had nachos and a range of dips to try and certainly know their stuff about everything they sell which is great. Me and one of my friends had tattoos done and the female tattoo artist was so warm and caring when I explained my tattoo and its meaning to her. She was chatty and so friendly so me and my friend wanted to give her a special thankyou. Recommend to everybody visiting Amsterdam 💗

Always a smile, delicious coffee and cake. It's a shame it's not a bigger café.

Best chip shop I've ever been to great swear and food

Great location and cozy outdoor atmosphere, enjoying the sunshine with a scattering of people, kids, and dogs. Friendly staff, and the iced coffee and acai smoothie were both delicious.
