As a student I must say this feels like an incredibly hostike enviroment, the food and coffee is incredibly expensive and also very bad quality. But if you bring your own food there's a very real chance that someone will come and yell and call security trying to kick you out.

Conveniently located on the main square, with a lot of outdoor seating. Not the most aesthetic place from the outside, but the inside is nice. We sat with our two dogs outside. You need to place your order inside at the register, they’ll give you a pager, and you can go back once the pager beeps to grab your food. We ordered kibbeling (fried fish) with fries and fried prawn/shrimp? with fries. Everything was delicious, although the side kraut salad was just okay and the peanut sauce my mom ordered was bad. Beware of your surroundings! The seagulls fly down and grab your food before you have time to blink, especially if they can see you are not paying attention. We saw it happen, someone walked out and the seagull sitting above the entrance area swooped down and grabbed the entire burger.

Heerlijk gegeten, top. Vers eten, echt genoten. Restaurant is niet heel bijzonder maar het eten was goed, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

The interior has improved a lot. However, the service is a bit lacking... the manager came across as a bit chaotic. The staff were friendly, though, but we had to wait a very long time. Also, the menu has limited choice and the prices have shot up quite a bit.

The food was fine, but the service was less so. After waiting 20 minutes, we just grabbed the menus ourselves and asked at the cash register if we could be served.

Google mistake. Haven't been there in years. I did cycle past the McDonald's building, though.

i used to love this place a lot, but it seams like it goes downhill unfortunately. Service is so soooo slooow... and cakes look bit "oldish". Flys are flying around, smell of the interior is weird... Shame really as coffee is really good. I believe they can work on the old shine back.

It is just always good there, what more can you add?

We had a pleasant time on the terrace during a tour. We had lunch here. It's not a menu that will earn them stars, but it is very tasty and has a wide selection.

Too few normal seats in the sun. The seats by the water had "reserved" signs all day, even though they remained empty. Young, inexperienced staff, but friendly. Not recommended.
