A while back, I was completely wasted and ordered something here by myself. I paid cash, and those jokers gave me Turkish lira back! That's how I do it, what shady staff. Of course, I only found out the next day.
The clubs were perfectly fine, by the way; I didn't get sick.
Just ordered food ribs not edible more fat than Vlies.
The kapsalon was a bit edible but not what it should be.
Too bad seen a lot of advertising from them.
But I will not be a customer again. I was sick of it.
After email no response so I called the food inspection service.

Don't order from here!!!! You simply don't receive your order. If you call after an hour to ask where your order is, they lie that there's a problem and that they're going to fix it. Then, an hour later, you call again, and it still hasn't arrived, and they use the same excuse again that they're going to fix it and deliver it. I waited two hours for my order for nothing. I'm hangry.
The staff wasn't wearing uniforms or aprons. There were several young people coming in and out of the kitchen. The pizza was acceptable, but I wouldn't recommend this place.
What a crappy place and what terrible service! I asked for a wrap with cream cheese and avocado. I got a wrap with just salad. I wanted to argue with her first because, according to her, it had half an avocado on it. I don't know where. She only wanted to add some avocado, even though I'd already taken a kilo of lettuce off the top. It was inedible. I didn't want it, so she returned the dish and ultimately refused to remove the wrap from the bill.
Please never order from here again!
What terrible staff! I've been giving them ages, and then I call after waiting over two hours to ask if there's anything wrong with my order, which I placed through their own website. Well, the guy on the line, where did I get the nerve to call? Because the delivery driver had already been to my address and I wanted free food. It wasn't his fault that the order hadn't gone through, and he was going to call the police. I went to the restaurant to show them my email address so I'd actually ordered, not under the name they'd told me. Then, suddenly, everything was correct, and the order had arrived. After a lot of back and forth, the guy was too busy for me, and I asked for a refund, which was literally thrown in my hand. No, this is absolutely unacceptable! They don't know how to say "the customer is king" here! -5 stars!!

Ordered 2 pizzas just after 4 p.m. today for 6:00-6:15 p.m.
Called at 6:40 p.m. to say the status had been "ready for shipment" for over half an hour.
Apologies, they were going to make it again and could expect the pizzas, with a little something extra, around 7 p.m.
Still nothing at 7:30 p.m., and I've called three times now, but no one answers. The phone rings about 30 times and then goes to a "not reachable" tone.
Now, at 8:30 p.m., I still haven't heard anything. I've ordered from Spareribexpress, received it within 20 minutes, and have had a delicious meal.

They said it was very busy, but our pizzas were on their way and would be delivered in fifteen minutes.
🤨2048 still no pizza, called again. The employee went to call the delivery driver to ask where they were. I was put on hold. A good 12 minutes later, I gave up and called again.
😒2102 Someone answered and the call was immediately disconnected.
😕2103 I called again. I explained that there was no pizza yet. I was put on hold, and after about eight minutes, I reached the manager who said they couldn't find the delivery driver. I suggested they might just throw in two new pizzas. The manager says he'll deliver it himself if there's no delivery driver.
😟2157 Indeed, still no pizza. Called again. While I'm on hold again, and I immediately asked for the manager, the doorbell rings. Delivery driver, definitely not the manager, unless you can be the manager of a #NewYorkPizza branch with 15 people, with just one pizza... And cold and tough too.
😤2204 Call again and ask for the manager right away. He's not there, but after discussing it, the employee in question says he'll immediately make two new pizzas and deliver them personally. (Where have I heard that before...)

The delivery driver isn't the employee I spoke to, and this guy explains that a delivery driver broke his leg that evening. I don't know if it was ours, but if so, that's very frustrating, of course. This guy immediately says there were two accidents. That makes it less believable. It's also a shame they didn't mention that earlier over the phone. I understand if that happens; nobody can do anything about it.
It's a shame it went so wrong. Keeping people on hold for so long and making promises you can't keep is simply unacceptable.
If there really was an accident, or two, I certainly hope these delivery drivers are okay.
Don’t order from Papa johns!!
1- The order came 40 mins late, they didn’t even bother to pick up the phone
2- Chicken ranch doesn’t have any ranch (though we ordered it extra ranch sauce).
I was excited to taste the ranch in tasted in many papa johns in other countries. They definitely don’t have ranch sauce
3- I tried papa johns in many countries, and many pizzas from different places, this is by far the worst pizzas. Doesn’t even worse the try
Inedible, I'm already feeling nauseous. It takes ages to get your food. Spareribs are hard to separate. Want a refund? You can't even take a bite. Aggressive staff.

I had ordered with a discount code and my last remaining money, meaning I'm now without food and have to wait for a refund. Unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. I will never order from here again.

Very disappointing – food arrived far too late.
We ordered food with clear instructions that we needed it by a certain time, as we had to leave afterward. After waiting over an hour, we called. It was supposed to be ready. After waiting a while longer, it was finally delivered—far too late. We didn't have time to eat it by then, so unfortunately, it had to go straight in the bin.
Edit: I've since received a response and a solution. Thanks for that, it improves the review somewhat.
