What was that.... The lady who took our order clearly does her job against her will... a big fat 0 for friendliness! We ordered mussels and americain natuur... well... we had eaten, but did we enjoy it? No, not at all! A waste of money!

For the umpteenth time, it took another 1.5 hours. For the second time, we felt like they were only going to fix it when we finally called. They say they are around the corner, but 12 minutes later they still aren't here. And then you demand your money back and have to wait 5 working days. Don't order anything here…. A hassle every single time.

Soggy fries, not cooked through at all. Called politely for a new one and didn't get one because I didn't bring the other one with me, indicated that I was coming from far away and that this wasn't mentioned on the phone. Still haven't received it. Worthless!!!

Just a Burger King, but in Amsterdam city centre!

Ordered this evening at 16:56, it was supposed to take 40 minutes. By now they have adjusted the time 3 times. Called 3 times, they aren't picking up. Ordered, paid, and it is confirmed. Entered this via chat, received a reply via email saying it was still within the time limit and that they would be there within 30 minutes. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Now an email via Thuisbezorgd saying they have unfortunately cancelled it!!! Received discount codes though. But that's no use to us now, never ordering from there again. We have 3 small children waiting who need to go to bed soon. It also takes 5 working days for them to refund the money, and now we have to arrange something else very quickly. This isn't bad service. This is no service, ugh.

Really delicious sushi, and prepared quickly but fresh.

My fav pizza is the buffo chicken pizza Italian style 30cm which i usually pair with honey. The New York pizza usually has 1+1 offer on thuisbezorgd and uber eat so it's very affordable and delicious. I also like that they often have some limited items to try out. The staff is friendly and the food was on time, just right out of the stove when i came to pickup. Update: I tried a couple of times after that, both pick up and delivery. I think the quality is very consistent, all pizzas have the same decent quality. They have a young team but they all are very professional, helpful and very polite. I think it's a great experience and highly recommend.

If you're craving food, you're better off going to the store and preparing it yourself, because then you're faster *and* your food is hot. What a lousy place this is. Waited more than 2.5 hours for food, and when it finally arrived it was ice cold. Must have been waiting for 2.5 hours already. There is NO excuse for behavior like this; "busy" is no excuse. If you can't handle it, then you shouldn't take orders.

9.5 for a daiquiri that is finished in 3 sips... daiquiri should be a large glass with ice

Ordered at 21:16, it arrived at 21:38. I live near the Gelredome. This is very impressive. The food was very tasty. I have nothing negative to say.

Absolutely outrageous. 85 euros for two people. The food was cold and undercooked. Everything tasted good reheated. Even the fries, where you can't go wrong, weren't bad. I'll never go there again...
