The server asked me why I wasn’t leaving a tip. I found that very rude and a clear lack of manners. I’m not obliged to tip, especially for a simple Sprite and capuccino. A tip is voluntary, not mandatory

Na jaren van een trouwe klant zien we deze toko afglijden. Het diepte punt was vandaag. Allereerst een half uur te vroeg bezorgd. Niet iedereen was thuis. Vervolgens merkte we dat 90% niet vers was gemaakt. Veel was koelkast koud en voor crispy ebi is dat ronduit slecht. Er zat vervolgens ook nog een niet te plaatsen type sushi tussen. Iets van komkommer en veel paneermeel als topping. Niet lekker dus. Komt er op neer dat we heel veel betaald hebben voor een slecht product. Laat het een signaal zijn dat je dit niet kunt maken en er alles aan moet doen je kwaliteit hoog te houden. Wij kijken bij een volgende bestelling een keer naar een andere toko.

The food is fine, but unfortunately the order was delivered more than 2 hours late. Called multiple times but received no clarity. They say it is very busy; then just accept fewer orders.

It's time for an inspection. Pff We all know by now that this isn't the best chip shop in De Meern and the prices are ridiculous to boot. Still, out of laziness, we grab a portion of fries there every now and then. But today I experienced something remarkable. I walked in and was the only customer coming in to order something. Four staff members behind the counter… and yet they managed to give me the wrong order, which had been taken down correctly. And of course, you only find out about that when you get home. Four staff members, one customer, and yet things go wrong. Great job again, guys!

Quick and friendly service. Tasty crispy fries and a Mexicano with a generous portion of peanut sauce. A nice quick bite before the concert at the Zonnehuis.

We celebrated a party at Bruut; everything was very well organized. Pleasant communication beforehand, and everything went smoothly on the evening itself. Food and drinks were to our liking, and there was enough staff present to quickly serve everyone with food and drinks. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality!

It took a really long time to be delivered and the Turkish pizzas weren't good. The dough was just raw. The delivery person was nice, but the food was gross and we waited for more than an hour. The order was also wrong because the cheese on the Turkish pizza was forgotten.

Ordered several meals with the same conclusion. Bad and tasteless, poor food quality, understaffed, and too few staff.

Cozy pub and the bouncers are quite reasonable, and if you're normal they are just friendly, they just don't want any macho behavior.

Ordered a panini here for the second time, but again it was a huge disappointment. It was heated up in the microwave again and there was very little filling on it. I won't be coming back here. So different from the branch on Bakkerstraat, but that one has been closed for months.

A place to eat and go out. We were the only ones in the place, and it was definitely lunchtime.
