Pizza burnt even though we said in the comments please do not brown the pizza, and the large kapsalon container was only half full while at others you can barely get the lid on.

Ordered: after more than an hour, I got a call saying they were out of dough. Truly too bizarre for words. They couldn't even manage an apology, and you shouldn't count on compensation. So I ended up having a doner kebab delivered instead; the bun was completely wilted. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered twice, and both times had to wait at least 1.5 hours!! for my food. Both times I had to call to follow up on the order myself; no apology was forthcoming. In the background, there was a lot of talking from, I think, employees—conversations you are supposed to have in private. Very unprofessional.

The atmosphere in the place is good; it seems like the owner is sitting in an office right in the middle of the place. The onion sauce has such large onions that it is really ridiculous; they apparently don't know how to cut them into cubes. I have a very sensitive stomach and I am a picky eater. Never again for me. I don't want to say it's bad, because someone with a strong stomach could probably handle this, but I couldn't. The meat was heavily spiced, very strongly. Apart from the coarse onion, the sauce was fine (red onion sauce); the kapsalon I ordered was otherwise fine too. The sauce is not served separately; it is placed on top warm, and that is not pleasant either. Unfortunately, my stomach didn't like this. I regret it, but it was tasty.

Small problem with the shawarma roll and fries, but easily resolved with the manager, after which a friendly delivery person came to bring it over!

What a lousy place and such terrible service! I asked for a wrap with cream cheese and avocado. I got a wrap with only salad. At first, I wanted to argue because, according to the lady, there was half an avocado on it. Don't know where? The lady only wanted to add some avocado, even though I had already removed a kilo of lettuce. It was inedible. I didn't want it; I returned the dish and, in the end, refused to take the wrap off the bill.

Really unfriendly drivers! We wait 1 hour and half for delivery of two burgers and fries and when they finally decided to come our fries was missing ! So we needed to wait another half an hour so we can finally eat a cold burgers!

Their online system is almost always down, and their provided phone number does not work. Impossible to order from most of the time.

The food here is inedible! Super disappointed! I ordered 1 large chicken kapsalon and everything is wrong with it! - No cheese - fries are covered in spices and salt! - Meat is tasteless! - Vegetables (Lettuce/cucumber extra not fresh!) If you want to die, you should try the garlic sauce (Super sour); the one from Albert Heijn is simply tastier! The man with the glasses behind the counter also works unhygienically (operates the cash register with the same hand, touches everything, and then the meat and vegetables with bare hands! As a kapsalon lover, I do NOT recommend this new place (LEZZAS DONER)!!! The diner that existed before was highly recommended. I also already have stomach problems. If you value your life, go somewhere else, but not here.
