A terrible place with really grumpy staff. I had ordered fries with beef stew, but there was more onion than beef. There were honestly only six pieces of beef in it. It wasn't tasty either; actually, it was just really disgusting.
Additionally, we weren't allowed to use the toilet. We were immediately and very loudly told "no." I also really wanted my receipt, but apparently that wasn't allowed and I didn't get it.
Both the man and the woman behind the counter were very grumpy and unfriendly. After the meal, all three of us suddenly felt unwell in our stomachs. Of course, we don't know for sure what caused that, but we suspect it has something to do with this snack bar.
We love Da Roberto. The pizzas are always delicious. The pastas and wine are too. This hasn't changed in ten years. However, the service has become a bit sloppy, especially due to a young waitress who has been unfriendly on several occasions.
What's wrong with the drive-through girl (1:49 PM today) who can't hear anything through her headphones? I had to repeat my order three times and discovered she'd added things to my order that I hadn't ordered. She didn't give me the spicy vegetarian McChicken, but gave me the vegetarian McChicken instead. Then, at the checkout, she tells me I shouldn't have told her I didn't want the fries sauce when I paid and asks her if she'd added it because the payment was higher than the order. So, she blames me for her hearing problem.
A friendly greeting upon entry: welcome, find a seat and I will be with you shortly. Unfortunately, the theater's main hall emptied right after us, and a line formed at the bar.
The friendly words upon entry turned out to no longer apply, and if we still wanted a drink, we had to join the back of the now very long line. Now, I am not averse to standing in line to wait my turn, but when we arrived, there was no line. And a lady said: welcome, just find a seat and I will be with you.
We asked how this was possible, but no attempt was made to help us properly.
Klant onvriendelijk in 1 woord
On King's Day, on the terrace: a lovely glass of white wine overlooking the beautiful Spaarne River. The bread with aioli and the fried snack from the menu were delicious. The service was excellent, prompt and attentive.
This restaurant has been closed for several years, but the owner hasn't updated the website. So if you'd like to eat here, unfortunately, you can't. There are plenty of other nice places nearby, though.
It hasn't been a hotel for over a year, but an emergency asylum center. The restaurant is mediocre for residents, but they have a limited budget and strict rules. The COA staff do their utmost to make the best of it for the residents. It's a pleasure working with them.
