They did not have creme fraiche and asked if normal tomato sauce is fine, I said yes no problem but I also payed extra to add pineapple on my pizza, but it was not added. So instead of having a creme bacon pizza with pineapple, I basically received a regina, but was not reimbursed. Very unhappy. Please double check your order before accepting
I've rarely had such a bad ordering experience as at Wok-Inn Haarlem. It took an hour and 20 minutes, and a single phone call just before closing time, for my food to finally arrive, which was a major disappointment. When the order arrived, it turned out the drinks had simply been forgotten. The food arrived hot, so it wasn't the delivery driver's fault.
Furthermore, I ordered a large portion, but received a tiny container that was completely disproportionate to what I expected. Most frustrating of all: I specifically requested no onions, but my dish was covered in them. This made the food practically unpalatable.
All in all, this was a truly disappointing order. No more Wok-Inn Haarlem for me.
If you forget to fill out a coupon, they simply refuse to help you. It's not your problem with the rude guy who answers the phone; go to the main office, is his answer.
The food was decent, but they can't even cut the pizza.
So, skip this place.
Ordered a half-half pizza and Korean chicken here, and the quality was terrible.
First of all, the pizza was cold. I ordered a half loaded pepperoni pizza, which was definitely not "loaded" (see photo). I eventually received a smaller loaded pizza later, but it was again cold and inedible!
The Korean chicken was also cold, and there was hardly any sauce coating, as it should be on Korean chicken. More sauce was poured onto the box than onto the chicken. (See photo)
I liked the taco alhamdoulilah the delivery person was with me within 30 minutes with a friendly smile. I am very happy with the service. And the food.
I order here weekly, always satisfied. Coincidentally, twice this week, the day before yesterday, it was delivered perfectly and in good order. Ordered today and it looked like it had been thrown away. The sushi had fallen apart, I thought, okay, it happens. We could barely open the second box; the sauce had leaked through the container. The sushi fell apart and most of the chicken had flown out. If you drive normally, you don't have that problem. Too bad. As pictured, okay, too bad, not really, but perfectly edible. The other container went straight in the bin.
I can't believe I'm getting my food this way. It's absolutely disgusting. You pay 12 euros for it. I've had it before with croquettes, but I gave it another try. I really regret it.
Unfortunately, while the food is good, we never actually receive it! This is the third time that we order from taco mundo during lunch, and it’s cancelled every time!! At that point, just don’t offer lunch, or find people who are available to make it
