The ambiance is truly appealing and invites you to linger. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the service were convincing. The food was mediocre, and the service was inattentive: While the order was taken quickly, no one appeared afterward. Eye contact was barely noticeable, and reordering was practically impossible. Overall, it's a shame, because with such a lovely ambiance, one would have expected much more.

Vreselijk smerige zaak wij zijn Ziek Geworden. We kregen een kipburger met mayonaise zo smerig hebben nog nooit iets geserveerd gekregen. Gadverdamme.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Pizza Funghi mit Champignons aus dem Glas. Thunfisch Salat mit Pustasalat und Silberzwiebeln aus dem Glas, zwei Scheiben Gurke, zwei Scheiben Tomate, eine Hand voll Thunfisch ,Kleks Dressing für 13,95€ Schnitzel,Pommes mit Salat zusammen gepackt in einer Schale. Salat war dann warm. Schnitzel hatten kaum Soße Alles in allem ,einfach nur schlecht und überteuert

It's always fun to have a bite to eat here with the kids every now and then.

One star purely for hygiene. The tray was already dirty upon arrival. When I tried to get soup, the first two soup bowls were still dirty. The next two were wet, then two more dirty ones, and finally, one clean. The glass (behind which the food is displayed) also needed a good cleaning. Dusty and splattered. This was absolutely unacceptable! The soup wasn't great, but it was okay. This is just a snapshot, but today was truly terrible.

Really rude staff and non flexible for kids. Went there few times was ignoring their bad service. But this morning ordered and asked to warm banana bread for a child and staff rudely replied they can’t whereas day before there other staff did it for us. Also been in Starbucks all around the world and this is the rudest and worst customer service. Will make sure not to use them again.

Ich habe hier immer gern gegessen. Ein netter Imbiss mit leckeren Snacks. Mittlerweile kann ich den Laden überhaupt nicht mehr empfehlen, die Tische sind dreckig, die Mitarbeiter beachten einen nicht unbedingt und führen, lieber Privatgespräche. Das Essen hat nachgelassen, die Kroketten bestehen innen nur aus Mehlpampe, die Pommes vor Salzen, den Fisch mussten wir zurückgehen lassen. Es gibt andere gute Möglichkeiten, in Rom und einen Snack zu essen.

The fries tasted like nothing, the peanut sauce was cold (?), the bitterballen were lukewarm and also tasted like nothing.

At 5:00 PM, we received an email confirming that our online order had been received. The pickup time was set for 5:50 PM. We then received another email stating that the pickup time had been moved to 6:30 PM. It was a bummer, but it happens. After reporting to the counter at 6:30 PM, we asked at 6:45 PM how long it would take. Their response was that our kitchen would be starting soon and we should be understanding. At 7:10 PM, we received our order, and no apology was offered. This was the first, but definitely the last, time I've ordered from here.

I've never really had any complaints until the last few months. Either half-full containers or very soggy fries. A real shame, considering you have to pay a considerable amount.

The bouncer at this bar judged me unfairly, saying my eyes looked “too big” and assumed I was on drugs, so I wasn’t allowed in. Very unprofessional and rude.
