I've been here a few times now, and the service is truly excellent! Even though I arrived an hour before closing time, they still helped me. My mom loved the döner box! Thank you so much for the customer service! :)
The food quality was mediocre/okay and overpriced. As you might expect at an airport: soulless. One star due to the very inappropriate, rude approach by the manager when I pointed out that I found the 45-minute wait for a pizza excessively long. No customer engagement whatsoever, no hospitality passion, only interested in their own convenience and quick money. Airport quick service, drenched in arrogance and disinterest.
Don’t be fooled by the outside, the food is the worst I had during my entire trip. The fish was 90% batter and dry and the chips soggy. What made everything ten times worse is how disgustingly rude the staff are! Avoid this place like the plague even if you are about to pass out from hunger.
This place doesn't even deserve one star.
After waiting almost two hours, my order arrived ice cold. The pizza was a complete mess: no tomato sauce, none of the extra toppings I ordered, and a tough, rubbery cheese that was completely inedible. As if that wasn't enough, there was hair on the pizza. That's absolutely disgusting.
The fries were literally thrown in a bag, soggy and wet. This has nothing to do with hospitality or food quality. You're simply paying for something and getting absolute garbage in return.
This was my first and undoubtedly my last order. The way they handle the food here is alarming and demonstrates a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism.
Stay away. It's a waste of your money and your appetite.
I ordered two pizzas and a Ben & Jerry's ice cream from New York Pizza, with an expected delivery time of 7:00 PM at the latest.
By 7:30 PM, nothing had been delivered, so I called. I was told the delivery driver had come by and rang the doorbell. This wasn't true; no one came. Then I was told the order would be resent.
At 8:00 PM (when the order was already an hour late), I called again. I was told the pizza would arrive within 20 minutes. In the end, the delivery driver didn't arrive until 8:20 PM, almost an hour and a half later than promised, and to my surprise, with only one pizza instead of two.
The delivery driver told me to call the store to resolve the issue. When I tried, it turned out the store was suddenly closed for Boxing Day, making it impossible to resolve the issue.
If I ever decide to order from here, my entire evening is ruined. This is extremely substandard and unprofessional. I expect a refund or a substantial credit, as this is absolutely not the service you should expect from New York Pizza.
*Update:
This was resolved after a complaint email to NYP.
For 8 euros, a spicy, delicious djonner, well, for me it's shawarma, I don't know what the difference is, very tasty, a nice guy served it in English in a minute
