Never again. This is not normal. Waiting 30 minutes for your food. You stick to the floor. Everything is dirty, even the tables. You can't see through the door to the toilet because it's so dirty. So we ate outside instead, that worked. Bringing cups back inside, the door is locked. Closed at 19:00 due to staff shortage. Medium portions are even smaller than a small one. This is just ridiculous.

It is very sad to see that there is insufficiently qualified staff working here. The result is that mistakes are constantly being made and customers become dissatisfied (always check your drive-thru order). The staff is also not open to a solution because customer service is nowhere to be found. The staff is rude and grumpy. Give the staff a training course or something similar.

For the best durum döner, you really have to order or pick up at Musa’s Place; it is prepared with love and you get a truly magnificent, full roll. Incredibly sweet and friendly staff. Every time I walk past, they wave or say hello. I don't know a better cafeteria in the city center of Utrecht. Thank you very much, Musa’s team. Love, Alycia

The last 3 times we ordered here were a disaster. Pizzas delivered incorrectly, cold, one pizza so covered in spices you couldn't see the sauce anymore, drinks forgotten, and sometimes they come to make a replacement, sometimes they say they are coming but then they just make you wait for hours and don't show up. It's really sad how badly this has gone downhill. Hopefully, another place that starts delivering pizzas opens soon.

Worthless place. Worthless staff. Order delivered by an arrogant little jerk. Food wasn't hot. And the order wasn't even right. Wrong sauces included. The pizza itself was half raw. Time for these people to close their doors.

We didn't receive what we ordered. We got pancakes with raisins, even though we had ordered pancakes without raisins. Instead of a cappuccino with soy milk, we received a cappuccino with oat milk. The food was presented without any care. The waitresses were standing in the corner on their phones. Not recommended!

Vandaag 9 februari 2025 heb ik geprobeerd een afspraak te maken om daar te gaan eten, maar per telefoon kun je geen afspraak maken wegens dat de telefoon is afgesloten en op site stond ook een 06 nummer werd ook niet opgenomen en berichten kon je ook niet achter laten ben nog langs gegaan en alles was gesloten en bordje met een reden was niet te vinden

Our sofa was very dirty. Nobody pay attention to our requests. Affogato was not affogato. Please google it and modify it.

Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, fun events, and good service, Three Musketeers is a pub I love returning to for a fun evening in Hengelo. 😊

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We paid €18.50 for a platter of battered fish, extremely salty fries, and a ‘salad’ (literally 2 lettuce leaves and half a cherry tomato). We were not asked which tea we wanted, the service was unfortunately not very attentive either, and it was freezing cold and dirty inside. A shame. We would love to come back here because the battered fish used to be quite tasty.

It should have been open, but we found the door closed. Very frustrating when this is the only gluten-free option.

The whole place is amazing! Interior really gives u an impression that you are in a traditional Italian restaurant. Food is excellent!

I always order our meals here. Prawn crackers on the house. I order via the app and pick it up myself at the agreed time. I never have to wait!
