We ordered at 5:50 PM. It didn't arrive until 7:10 PM. It was freezing cold! The chicken strips were worse than frozen. We called to complain, and they immediately asked for the delivery driver's name. Even though the manager was responsible! He should have sent an extra person. It's a shame I won't be ordering from here again.
I ordered around 1:30 AM (Uber Eats said this place was open until 2:30 AM, but online it said 2:00 AM). I never received a confirmation, so I tried calling for information. I found two numbers, both of which weren't in service... terrible! I gave it a try and waited, but nothing... it was already 3:00 AM and still hadn't received any food. I'd given up hope. 88 euros wasted! What a ridiculous company. If I could give negative stars, I would have; one star is already too many. I was hoping I'd read the other reviews first so we could have avoided this. The building is also very sketchy, completely tucked away.
Definitely don't recommend this company! Get your sushi somewhere else!
Great bikes for transportation. I just don't understand why the delivery drivers don't turn on the lights in the dark...!!! I think cycling with the lights on is just as hard as cycling without them on an electric bike.
It says everywhere that they are open and that you can call, but I ordered food and it never showed up, even the day after ordering! If you try to call their numbers they don't answer and when I went by they were not open even though they are opening hours and you can still order online and it also says that they will deliver at that time. I've ordered several times and it was always super late (1 to 2 hours of waiting) but I didn't mind that as long as I got the food I already paid for.
So now I just lost my money and haven't received any food and when I try to call them several times during the day they don't answer anything.
We went to the bakery and bought one box of space chocolate cookies. The woman (boss) charged us for 25€ for the box. Later we saw that the same boxes were sold for 10€ each and 25€ for three. We went back to the shop the day after to complain and ask the money back. But the boss who sold us the box wasn't here and they refused to refund us or compense the extra charge by any means. Really not to recomand!
Horrible! If you order food here, eat it in the restaurant, and then want to use the restroom, you have to pay €1 even though you've already bought your food and drinks. Ridiculous! Never again...

This was an extremely disappointing cake. All my guests laughed at it, and no one even wanted to eat it. I regret not reading the reviews before buying. Every single layer of the cake was terrible. 😢
I honestly don’t understand how such a poor-quality business can operate in the mall of the Netherlands. I’m really, really disappointed.

The prices are very fair compared to the Amsterdam average.
I wanted a sandwich without tomato because I'm allergic. The sandwiches weren't ready yet, because it was 5:50 and NO ONE was in the store. I was told, "That's not allowed, we have to follow the recipe." What nonsense! The employee said, "If we do it for you, the next person will come too." Again, no one else was there. "It's either without tomato or with."
I immediately walked out. That was supposed to be my breakfast before work.
I came here almost every day, but this was the last time. What a lousy place.
I've rarely encountered such grumpy staff. They don't even crack a smile, and your food and drinks aren't even brought to you. They don't even say hello, goodbye, or even a word.
What a nasty person, and the oliebollen weren't even good! I'd advise her to do something else; it must be awful to have to do your job with so many grumpy people. Because the other reviews show it wasn't unusual.
