Disappointed with the poor quality fries, limp and half-cooked. The chicken pieces, on the other hand, were well-seasoned. The price was far too high for the quality.
Would give less than 1 star if it was possible.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza- was told delivery was scheduled for 22:25 and my boyfriend went to wait at our hotel’s reception. Pizza was marked as delivered but never came!!
Tried to phone and it wouldn’t go through so called through receptions phone to be told that the delivery driver has phoned multiple times and wasn’t able to deliver the pizza so has taken it back to the shop!!
We have no incoming calls on our call logs and there have been no attempts to message through uber eats chat from the driver..
my boyfriend was also told on the phone that the pizza couldn’t be re-delivered as apparently all their drivers are under the age of 18 and can’t drive past 11pm.
If that is true WHY hire all underage drivers when you’re open until 00:00????
Absolute POOR service and very hard to get a refund!
We wanted to order pizza. Google said it was open until 10:45 PM, but then they told us on the phone that they close at 12:30 and that we had to order before 10:00 PM. We called at 9:50 PM and were told we couldn't order. The pizza was for takeout, and we live literally across the street. We'll never go back.
I went to get a coffee using a loyalty points system. I did not know though that this particular store was a franchise, and not a branch, so they can not accepts these points. I had already activated it, and so lost the points (as it has to be used in a particular amount of time). I was not angry at the baristas or manager, but I was a bit disappointed. In came Laura. Let’s just say, she sorted me out and I didn’t even ask for anything. What a freaking star. I don’t live here, but if I did, I would return every time just for her. Thanks Laura.
It's a shame you can't give zero stars. I had to wait two hours for my order on a Saturday. It was a burger menu twice. The wait time on the website was 50 minutes! Ordered at 5:30 PM, delivered at 7:30 PM. How can they do that?! The first phone call (after over an hour) told me a delivery driver had fallen down. I got the same excuse two months ago when there was a long delay. It can take a bit longer, I understand, but waiting two hours for food is outrageous. I spent the last half hour trying to reach someone by phone to complain, but answering the phone isn't one of their strong suits. What terrible service. There was also a piece of plastic between the bun and the burger (see photo).
What a terrible situation this has become!
You order your standard dish, which you always order with extra sauce, and then you get it without it. And then they cleverly hand-written it on the bag itself: "You can order the sauce separately from us! Enjoy :)." I always got the extra sauce separately (it was written in the notes), and they never made a fuss. I called them and asked why they didn't just let me know by phone. A simple phone call, and I simply added the sauce and paid at the door, no problem. But one of THE MANAGER'S didn't think this was necessary, and when I told him I always got it, even this year, he said I was lying... so he just called me a liar... and then he added: "I don't think the way you're talking to me is normal." What a joke those managers are. They know nothing about customer service. And absolutely nothing about communication. They're not solution-oriented and think they're the best.
Later, I opened the box of food and found that there was barely any sauce on it, and the food was cold. This location in Papendrecht is absolutely not recommended. Things had gone wrong before, but they were always resolved promptly, but now with those two young managers, it's a truly terrible place. They're a loyal customer, at least. Never again!
