The ordering board is a mess - you don’t know what you need to press, it is not clear if you add something to your burger or remove it. We ended up in more or less 2 burgers with just a pattie. One had at least the extta ordered cheese on it (why the servuce thinks it is meaningful to deselect cheese and add cheese for an extra 1.50 is another miracle. The extra ordered and paid bacon was missing completely. The quality of what remained was good - but not at all what we thought we ordered. And we use self ordering in many places without problems.

The Burger King in Schiedam has a dirty table outside. The cleaner isn't doing her job. You are also ignored if you ask.

They brought me the wrong pizza... When I told it to the waiter he just laughed in front of me, he did not excuse himself, he did not give me the possibility to have an other pizza and at the end they still had the courage to ask for a tip...

I ordered that order with ice cream. I'm not getting anything with it.

It's no longer there, Toscana is there now.

Always friendly. And the pizzas are very good; they have improved. And several other things too. It keeps getting better. I will go back here more often.

So, this is a croissant from "De echte bakker" that I encountered like this multiple times and I politely sent an email (with a photo) pointing out that something isn't quite right. Just like the fact that hard rolls are often sold out by 10:30 in the morning. Although they state online that they welcome feedback, you get absolutely no response. A missed opportunity... Overall quite satisfied, although it is a factory bakery and you'd be better off not buying small pastries, chocolate, or apple turnovers there... Unfortunately, some products simply don't offer the right price/quality ratio.

I found a hair in my food... the rice is really dry. Otherwise, the chicken satay with fried banana was good.

Soft as soft, always interesting for children. What makes it different is that there are guys who deliver your order to your table.

Everything was great, the young man who served us was simply amazing

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing cake. All my guests laughed at it, and no one even wanted to eat it. I regret not reading the reviews before buying. Every single layer of the cake was terrible. 😢 I honestly don’t understand how such a poor-quality business can operate in the mall of the Netherlands. I’m really, really disappointed.

Ordered a veal doner sandwich. The meat had a nasty, rubbery texture, and while chewing, you kept hitting hard/sinewy pieces. The sauces were bad too. The garlic sauce tasted like yogurt, and the spicy sauce was too runny and not tasty. Took two bites and left the rest of the sandwich, paid quickly, and will never be back...

My order was delivered after closing time; the order was incomplete. I called immediately, but got no answer. I called the next day, and the person told me to just send an email. Now, three emails later, still no response. Do not order here!

These were my first fries in Amsterdam, and they were really delicious; they seemed a bit greasy but were crispy.
