Overpriced. Feels ridiculous that you charge 3€ extra for adding aubergine this poorly

Hi, I am writing to request a refund for an unfulfilled order. I visited your stall on July 7, 2026, and tried to pay the amount of €10.50 via mobile phone. The staff told me the transaction failed and refused to give me the food. However, the payment ultimately went through on July 8 at 12:41 AM. Since I paid for food I never received, please refund the amount as soon as possible. I can provide the receipt/bank screenshot if needed. Thanks Update Thank you for your swift response. Very mediocre. The location is lovely in the evening with plenty of sun. I recommend having a drink here rather than eating. The food was very disappointing. Additionally, the staff doesn't come by to ask if you want another drink. Amsterdam is full of nice restaurants, so personally, I would skip this one.

Total unfair service and poor staff management

Several nice plates but the taste wasn’t special/unique. Very aesthetic. Waitress was nice. The manu isn’t expensive per se but I don’t think it’s worth it. Wine was nice. Wouldn’t repeat tho.

It’s disappointing to see that the restaurant, which originally drew its inspiration for both the food and atmosphere from Tel Aviv, has distanced itself from Israeli culture since the war. They've stopped playing Israeli music and rebranded the cuisine as 'Mediterranean food'. Shame on you.

Ruby has stopped working as of October 31, 2024. It's not nice that they don't mention that anywhere.

Service was good! Friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had expected more from the food. The ribeye and BBQ steak are especially tasty. The desserts too. The salmon and chorizo ​​were a bit tasteless.

We came spontaneously, just saw it on the street and had a wow experience. Every dish was so tasty. Very good atmosphere and service. Totally recommended

Bad, stale, and floury takeout food, tasted like days-old leftovers. The owner kept harping on after reheating, so it was practically cold when I got home. Paying by card wasn't an option either. Way too expensive for what it was...

Honestly one of the most unpolite staff I have ever seen. Two girls working behind the bar, when i came in there was only one guest before me.both of the ladies were so occupied talking to the only guest there that they could not even reply to my goodmorning when I came inside. Maybe because I am not dutch? Not a single smile and a really stiff service. I felt like they where doing me a favour by making me a cappuccino. Won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. We placed our order with a gentleman, but the drinks were prepared by a female employee. Initially, the order was made with the wrong milk. When we pointed this out, it turned out that the employee who had taken the order spoke little to no Dutch, making communication difficult and ensuring the order was not processed correctly. The female employee then had to make the coffee again. Unfortunately, this did not come across as very customer-friendly; it seemed as if it was done reluctantly. Additionally, it turned out that the syrup was missing from both drinks, even though it had been ordered and paid for. Finally, the matcha was very watery, meaning the taste was not what one would expect. All in all, a disappointing experience, especially since there were multiple errors in a single order and the handling of the matter did not feel pleasant.
